We are not local buyers in the Peoria area, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have found Denny and Greater Peoria Property Inspections through our amazing agent. In the short time one has to view a property, much is missed from both excitement and lack of time. Denny spoke to me before the inspection, asking about my concerns, sent a report to review, and spoke to me at length again after I had time to carefully read the report. The report was thorough and covered every system of the house, including land drainage. He caught a potential roof issue that we overlooked. I think it's a real benefit that Greater Peoria Property Inspections will continue to answer questions about the systems in your house after you move in. I'm sure a question or two will occur! This will be our 5th house, and this was an outstanding inspection experience.

This is the 2nd time that we have used Greater Peoria Property Inspections. Appreciate the time that Denny spent once the report was complete, explaining the issues that he found. While no inspection guarantees to catch everything, upon completion of the inspection, I felt comfortable with the assessment that he provided as well as the recommendations for some of the little things.
