I have gone through several dentists over the last 10 years and have not found one I have been happy with until now. First of all, everyone was so friendly and my overall experience was great. In the past, going to the dentist felt similar to taking my car to the shop, where I felt suspicious of the mechanic taking advantage of me simply because I don't know anything about fixing cars. I greatly appreciate not having that kind of experience here. I have already recommended you to colleagues who have also struggled to find good dental care from a trustworthy provider.

The receptionist was professional and friendly, prompt and quickly processed and filed all paperwork in a timely manner. The dental technician was professional and friendly, explaining the results of gum examination, and then cleaning teeth. The dentist was professional and friendly, providing professional consultation as to my dental health.

I'm absolutely taken with Dr Eckle and his staff. I have never seen more caring people. They make you feel like they've known you forever. I love that! Their equipment is state of the art! AND (and this is a biggie).... they are more concerned with your health than with the financial side. They really want to help you have a healthy mouth. (Which btw is connected to some major organs like your HEART!) Dr E even has his emergency cell # on his business card so if you find yourself in a painful 911 situation, you can find him. #I❤️GHSmiles!!

Green Hills Smiles was recommended by a couple of coworkers. I was very impressed and pleased with my hygienist Kate who answered several questions for me as she cleaned my teeth, and she was very thorough, explaining everything as she went along. I was equally impressed with Dr. Eckels throughout the replacement of a crown. Both took the time to explain the processes so there were no surprises. Very glad I made the change to Green Hills Smiles.

I had a very pleasant experience at Green Hills Smiles! The staff was very helpful, especially the dental hygienist Jackie. She was professional, informative throughout the process and very friendly. Dr. Greg Eckle was also thorough with the check up. Will be coming back.

Very thorough dental cleaning with Natalia. I appreciated her diligence, perseverance, kindness, and explanations of the process. She even skipped her lunch so as to be able to complete the long procedure that day.

I hate going to the dentist!!!! My girlfriend booked a trip into the Green Smiles dentist place as we have just arrived back in the states and living in Nashville area. I can tell you they are awesome ... and I don't write many reviews. The staff are so friendy ! Jakie ( hope that's how you spell it ) took care of me the whole time and we chit chatted about everything... sweet lady. Dr. E is from Knoxville and that's were I went to school so we had so memories to relive ha! Dr E . Is such a nice guy and very professional ! Didn't make me feel scared or nervous in anyway which is one thing that will keep bringing me back. If your in the area stop by and say hi and ask them any questions about your teeth... very helpful. Two thumbs up to you guys!

The office was nice and clean, I was in and out quickly with no wait time at all, the staff was nice and knowledgeable and Dr. Eckel was very professional and easy going. I normally get a little anxious at dental offices but this experience was nothing but good! Thank you for the great service!

I had a wonderful experience at Green Hills Smiles! I experienced no pain at all even though I had to have a root canal and other work done. Dr. Eckle and his staff were so caring and friendly and Dr. Eckle answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. He was so compassionate. I will be recommending Green Hills Smiles to everyone I know.

I had a great first time experience. eventho I was a first appt., there was no waiting and I was out in 1 hour with xrays, consultation, and cleaning. I like the technology, especially the pictures to show me my problem areas. I live nearby so it is very convenient for me! I will be back.

Dr. Eckel is a fabulous dentist. He is very professional and efficient,and I feel very comfortable in his care. I am always confident that he will advise me correctly of my most pressing dental needs as well as potential needs for future consideration. Dr. Eckel provides excellent dental care with special interest to my comfort during procedures. He welcomes and promptly answers all questions clearly and to my satisfaction. Dr. Eckel is also very personable and caring. I never dread my dental visits for exams or procedures. That fact speaks volumes. I have been a patient for several years and so appreciate all the wonderful care and kindness he has provided.

Dr. Eckel and his assistant are very friendly, cheerful and caring. I needed a filling redone and he took the time to make sure it was perfect, which was reassuring, and he made sure that I felt no pain during the procedure.
