Brian was professional, friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with our fan/electrical problem and what he needed to do to diagnose and then fix it. He also provided different problems that may be causing our issue as he went along. He did not seem rushed or irritated at any time and was very polite throughout the whole experience on the job. Brian also tried to help find ways to save us money without cutting corners.

He showed up on time, did a thorough job on our old package unit. We were having issues with it cooling colder in one room and not enough in others. After he was done, unit is working better and the other areas seem to be cooling better. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

You are so lucky to have someone like Ryan working for Hart's. What a hard worker he is in every aspect...Ryan did our semi-annual inspection last May and we were so pleased with the job he did, that I requested him again. I think we are spoiled, cause I will not let anyone else do the job. All I can say is #1 in all categories.

Overall excellent. Melissa handled my call and was able to get me scheduled quickly. The servicemen arrived exactly as scheduled, followed by a call from the office to let me know they were in route. Brian & Dana were excellent. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Completed a diagnostic of my problem, identified the issues, and had everything completed in two hours.

Brian was very professional and polite. He explained everything he did and made sure I was happy with his work before he would accept payment. He was a pleasure to have do work for me and the job he did fixing and installing a new Pressure Switch on my well's pump got me water back in service after being without running water for over 24 hours. I will definitely call this company in the future for any service needs.

This was THE BEST home repair service I've ever experienced! Ryan arrived earlier than scheduled, walked us through the list of possible problems, identified the problems, and fixed them all in one visit. He sold us additional features (including an entirely new thermostat and year-long membership) without being pushy, and further educated us on how our system works and ways to maintain it for longevity. Finally, he was friendly and conscientious of our home, even sweeping the floors when he was finished. A wonderful experience. I would recommend his services to anyone!

Half of my electricity went out and I had no idea why. I called Hart Home Svcs and they had Brian out on time (even a little early) and he found the problem and promptly fixed it at the quoted price he gave BEFORE the work was started. I was very happy with this company and my service technician. I will definitely call them again for any electrical problems in the future and also recommend them to my neighbors!

Very professional, from quote for services thru the actual installation of all electrical boxes and circuit outlet restorations. The technicians arrived on time, and stayed as late as needed to finish the job. I would certainly recommend this company and will use them again for any electrical work.

I was very impressed on how Ryan, A/C tech from Hart's Home Services, did his job. He was very thorough and knows what he was talking about. He did it with no short cuts and was very pleasant. He gave me suggestions on how to prolong the life of our A/C and have less mechanical problems with little work here and there. Thank You! I think Ryan deserves a recognition.

Michael, the plumber at Harts Home Services, is great! He was a true professional and he went out of his way to answer all of our questions and make sure we understood what was happening and what to expect. I had looked up Hart's Home Services online and was very pleased to see a number of good reviews. I already had an appointment booked for someone to look at my AC, but I canceled them because I felt I had found a better company, and I was right. Ryan told me what he thought my problem was before he even walked into my house. I had an $800 electric bill, and it was because my heat strip was activated and combating my AC at the same time! I need a new board in my air handler, and he got the part in and had everything completed in just a couple of hours. I highly recommend them to everyone, and I know who I will be causing if I have problems in the future.

Because we had a great experience with your AC person Ryan we called on your electrical department for some upgrades to our condo. Brian came to give us an estimate and was professional and helpful when answering our questions and giving us information about improvements we wanted to make. He came up with a very detailed list of things we needed to do and the cost. The next week he and Dana came to make some of those changes and we are thrilled with the installation of new fans in our bathrooms. They were on time, organized and cleaned up. Although we live in an older condo, Brian was very knowledgeable about retrofitting and we are very pleased with Brian and Dana's work. We also bought a yearly plan since we know we will be completing more items on our list.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Hart's Home Services provided for us. We have used Hart's many times for electrical needs, as recently as last week, when Brian (the electrician), replaced our outdoor flood lights. While having construction done on our home last week, we had a plumbing emergency. Hart's was very responsive and had a plumber at our house within 30 minutes to handle the emergency. Michael (the plumber) thoroughly explained the work and was very professional.

I found your company by google and the reviews were great so I gave you a call. The man who took my information was very very professional. He asked all the right questions and scheduled me for an appointment. Also told me if an emergency came up before my appointment to call them back which I really appreciated. The day of the appointment I got a call and they could fit me in early but I was not home so they said no problem but the owner of the company came by my house to look at the problem that we thought it was outside and later called me, we talked he confirmed what he felt was the problem, came by with the needed part and in few minutes fixed the problem and I turned everything electric I owned on and working great.....Professional, reliable and value.....all there...recommend you highly

Ryan was excellent. First, he came by soon after our call (temperature in the house was 86 and rising). He quickly identified the principal source of the problem and maintained a very positive attitude even as he discovered additional things that had to be fixed to do a complete repair job. He addressed all of them in a very professional manner (great attitude)and spent time explaining the system to me and how I can maintain it to hopefully avoid this problem in the future. Considering the bad state our ac was in (e.g., water line was essentially fully clogged and there were many inches of water in the base below the unit) we feel we got great value for our money on this repair visit.

Our experience with Hart's Home Services, Inc. was great! Having recently moved to the Clearwater area we were unsure who to call for our air conditioner problems but found the Hart's listing in the 2015 Pinellas County Homeowner Referral Guidebook. Ryan, from Hart's resolved all our problems. One of the ducts seemed to not be working, but as Ryan walked from room to room he explained why it was not working and fixed the vents so by the time he reached the last room - all was well! He explained everything as he did it and even changed the battery in our thermostat! We could not have been happier! Ryan really educated these Northerners and we look forward to working with him again!

Mellisa was great on the phone and she made sure that the serviceman had the part we needed on the truck when he got to us. Brian Rogers came to service our pool timer and new well pump. He knew exactly what he was doing and went to work and it was up and running just perfect when he was done. He stayed until he finished the job and iit was almost 7:oo pm. He explained what he did and was just one of the nicest people I have worked with so far. He also explained the other services the Hart offers and I will call for a new water heater soon!!! Losing your kitchen electricity the day before Thanksgiving is a little more than nerve rattling. One call to Hart's and I had an appointment schedule within hours. The representive was professional and compassionate about the situation. The technician, Brian Rogers, was a pleasure to have in my home. The electrician was on time, extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and got right to work to address my concerns.
