I am so sorry I pushed the wrong button before I was done. Let me try and repeat. I have been bringing my German Shepherds here for over thirteen years. Their care has been excellent. Many great walks and romps and times on the couch. One of the best was Stara and one of the crew falling asleep on her bed in her kennel. However, I am not sure how to relate this except that Sam our first to stay became very ill while we were away, what these wonderful folks did for us goes well beyond anything one might expect. We have been taking our dogs to Hayden Run Animal Lodge for 6 years. Our dogs love this place! They begin crying in the car 5 mins. before we even get there, and once we arrive, they hop out with Janice or Bill or Emily without ever looking back at me! The staff is so very friendly and kind and accommodating! One time we did not send enough food for the dogs' stay, so Janice drove clear into Upper Arlington to find the place where we normally buy our food for the dogs! They love the animals they keep and treat them with great care and affection. Our dogs love the daily romps. They always get a bath and have their nails clipped before they come home. Our dogs come home to us clean and tired from fun and play at the kennel. We highly recommend Hayden Run Animal Lodge!! We never worry while we are gone because we know our dogs are receiving loving care.
