Vanessa takes Awesome care of my baby and My Mom's baby as well!! I have taken Belle to see her for the past 4 years and I couldn't be happier. Vanessa really listens to me and what I want done with my baby. She treats the dogs very lovingly and says, "Bye Babies" when they leave her shop. Her bathing and cutting techniques are outstanding and my baby comes back smelling and looking Amazing every time!! Vanessa truly Loves Dogs and it shows with how she handles and takes care of them!! Her store is very conveniently located and her hours are fantastic!! It is very easy to schedule with her with just a few days notice!! Her prices are very reasonable and less than what I have paid in the past with other groomers. Best of all, my baby Belle loves to see her and get groomed by her because she knows that Vanessa loves her and treats her so well!! I highly recommend Heads to Tails Grooming Spa for all dog Breeds!!! You and your dog will love it there!!!

If my dogs become frightened of a groomer, like they shake when they get near the door, I don't go back. My dogs have never been scared to return to Heads to Tails.

Heads to Tails Grooming Spa is the best! I had tried other places in the area and was not impressed. My dog loves coming here and he is always so happy to see the groomer. The prices are reasonable and I am always able to get an appointment when I need it. Even though I am moving a few miles away, I will continue to use this groomer because I've consistently had good experiences.

I have been taking my Shih Tzu Riley to Heads to Tails Grooming Spa for over a year now. We always have a great experience! Riley looks great after every groom and I always know he is in good hands. I would highly recommend this groomer!

I have an amazing 3 year old Havanese Therapy dog named Flex who've I've spent 1000's of dollars and time on training to be able to work in my family and marriage practice as well as at hospitals. It is crucial that he trust people. I had taken my 12 pound bundle of joy to three other local groomers that had been either traumatic for him or where he was groomed poorly. When I found Vanessa and Heads to Tails I was relieved to find Flex relaxed with her. His cuts are always perfect and affordable. I often stop in unannounced and Vanessa and get crew are always positive and loving to Flex and the other puppies there too. I would highly recommend them over and above any other Eastside groomers!!

I have taken my dog here for years now, at their previous location and now the new one. The lady is very nice and friendly and does a great job. Her teddy bear cut and lion cut on my Shihtzu Maltese are even better than I hope for and my dog leaves the spa happy and handsome!
