Good salesman. Jason was patient, took the time to explain how to operate the vehicle and the many extras that are featured within the model. He was polite and professional and easy to work with. He responded to my calls immediately and accommodated us to provide a comfortable atmosphere. The Kia team also provided input and provided their expertise in clarifying some of the components of purchasing incentives and financing. I have purchased from Healey before but this is my first Kia. After driving the car a cool 15 miles, I still like it. Still running well. I love this dealership! Our salesperson Peter was so honest and approachable. No heavy handed sales but sincere desire to inform! The whole team wants you to have what YOU want and be happy. Sportage lease up for renewal. Client Advisor Malik Calliste was extremely knowledgeable,helpful and personable. This is our third Sportage because we really love the car and because of the excellent service we receive at Healy Kia we will continue to come back.

I went to Healey Kia to look at the new 2017 Kia Sportage SX Turbo model. I met Justin Vandyke @ this time. He is a client advisor. The model I wanted to drive was not in stock. Mr. Vandyke promised he would look into getting a car for me to drive that suited my needs since I just missed one that was exchanged to another dealer one day earlier. Brian Boolukos the Sale Manager and Justin Vandyke said they would pursue this endeavor on June 1, 2016 and on June 10th I drove away with this vehicle. The professionalism of a multitude of staff Mark McKnight: Finance Director, Nick Tobar: Client Advisor, Brandon Kjartansson: Assistant Manager and the Service Department & Parts Department. Mr. James Barrett the General Manager provided me with stellar customer service from the beginning to the end. There is a right way to do business and treat people and the wrong way to do business and treat people. It all started with Mr. Justin Vandyke in calling me upon 30 minutes of the car arriving and he followed up with every phone call , text & email. He is absolutely the most efficient, patient and professional client advisor I have ever experienced. Would I recommend him and this dealership YES. I have done so already. Kia is a great vehicle, Sales, Service, Parts, Finance basically every aspect of their establishment demonstrated exceptional care and service. This is my 3rd Kia and I love this new vehicle. My experiences with Healys through out the years have been good. This time at Healy Kia was amazing. Jason Vandyke, James Barret, and Mark McKnight are a power team. They are kind, considerate.and knowledgable. The experience was actually pleasant. These men were so good within a week of buying a car, I took my mother back so she could by a car.
