I recently had my teeth cleaned and some bonding fixed at Hedgecock Dental. From the moment I sat down in the chair I felt at complete ease. My hygienist Lindsey did the most comprehensive cleaning I've ever had. She took time to discuss all of my care and answered all of my questions. Besides having excellent beside manor she gave me the play by play during my cleaning; letting me know how everything in my mouth looked, going so far as to tell me the grade of my gums for risk of gum disease. I've never felt more informed during a cleaning in my life and I go to the dentist routinely. When I went to have my bonding fixed the dentist Kyle did a solid job there too. He asked me to critic his work and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my smile. Overall I was very pleased with my visit and will continue my dental care here.

Hedgecock dental was amazing. There was no judgement at all, very little pain, and they worked with me financially so i could receive all the care I needed without breaking the bank. Would highly reccomend to anyone!

I am a level 10 on fear of dentist, however Paula was wonderfully thoughtful and honest with me on what was to happen, hence no surprises...she was gentle and kind. Dr. Brandon although he had bad news and a lot of it to deliver, he put my mind and anxiety to ease, gave me all the facts, listened to my concerns intentively and put a plan into action for my procedure 9/6/16...and then I will have a maintenance plan. My wife and I had past your establishment and decided to visit via walk in. The quality of care is second to none. All of the staff members are very professional and on point with attention to detail. Comfort was as expected. Very clean, welcoming, and up to speed with knowledge of the profession. The technical tools and technology are the latest and if not a few years old at most. The professional responsible for financing is very knowledgeable and clear about financing options. My wife and I, are very happy to have arrived at your dental office. Thank you for the great experience with your staff and keep up the hard work. My wife and plan on establishing a permanent relationship with your dental office for future dental health care. Again, The first visit was excellent keep up the good work.

I recently had a procedure done at Hedgecock Dental. I had to have teeth extracted along with a deep gum and teeth cleaning. I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They recommended sedative dentistry which was the perfect solution for me. I experienced zero discomfort during the procedure and I was able to relax. They took the time to ask all the questions up front to ensure that this was the best option for me. My wife and I both have had good experiences at Hedgecock Dental and have decided to make it our only choice for our dentistry needs.

Oh man, where to start ... as soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff! The ambience in the waiting room is amazing, tranquil, and serene. The customer service at Hedgecock dental is amazing! Friendly staff and dentists! The staff provides great customer care for their patients as soon as you walk in until you are released. The tools and instruments are, in my opinion, state of the art, modern dental technology!! Amazing!! While you are being treated you can view the amazing scenery of the back area! The tech, Lyndsey, thoroughly explains each process she performs from your teeth cleaning, concerns regarding your dental work that will need to improve on, and tips/advice on how to properly clean your teeth. If a dental procedure is recommended in improving your oral health by the Dr. Michelle and Dr. Brandon Hedgecock, the billing process is thoroughly explained by the knowledgeable and amazing Billing Coordinator, Jessica! Depending on your dental insurance, the billing options are great! The awesome dentists Dr. Michelle and Dr. Brandon Hedgecock are amazing knowledgeable dentists who go into full detail on your dental treatment, concerns, areas to improve on, and their willingness to answer any/all questions the patient might have. I have been with Hedgecock dental about 2-3 years and will continue to seek dental treatment there (for one who lives in north Austin close to Pflugerville)! Hedgecock Dental is highly recommended!!!

I had a cleaning appointment yesterday and Taren was ready as soon as I arrived. She used the new Cavitron (2nd patient) and it was amazing - the easiest cleaning I've ever had - keep the new Cavitron! She also educated me to the issues with bottled water and certain types of gum. Both Dr. Brandon and Dr. Michelle are thorough, personable, knowledgeable and professional. This is a great office for all your dental needs.

The staff at Hedge cocktail Dental are always professional and courteous. The know what they are doing and it shows. I highly recommend them.

The quality of care is always great. From the moment I walk into the office to the end of my appointment, I am greeted with smiles, treated with the most care, and even share laughs during treatment. Hedgecock Dental has many different options to pay for treatment.

My favorite thing about this office is that they have never "shamed" me about my dental care or tried to strong arm sell me any products. The facility looks onto a glorious backyard teaming with wildlife which adds to the relaxation and enjoyment while waiting. The staff are all very personable.

Everyone knows what to do. Very caring and through in every aspect. I leave every appointment feeling very well taken care of either from having me teeth cleaned or getting my next appointment set that meets my schedule.

Super friendly and knowledgable. I'm seen on time as scheduled and the view from the chair is calming and relaxing because it overlooks a wildlife sustainable backyard with all sorts of cute little critters. My husband's been a patient for as long as they've been open and I've been a loyal customer for about 4 years and I plan on continuing to see them for many, many, years to come.

The Doctors and assistants there are awesome! I just had crown work done. It was amazingly simple, and easy with absolutely no discomfort! They explained everything to me ahead of time. Kept checking with me throughout the procedure on how I was doing. They definitely provide the highest quality of care and make it extremely comfortable. Would recommend them hands down!
