I want to thank your practice so much for fitting me into your schedule while I was visiting the area. I was so grateful to hear that there was a cancellation and that you were willing to put me in that slot. The office personnel was very polite. The insurance cover was explained thoroughly by Jan Rife. Thybet, was so warm and friendly and set my nerves at ease. Dr. Heine, your chair side mannerism was superb. I was very concerned about having a soupy taste in my mouth. My own doctor refused to see me and told me to see a dentist. Since I was on vacation, this was extremely concerning. Thank you for taking so much time explaining the details and possibilities. I wish I lived in the area, you would be my primary dentist. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
