Really pleasant and professional staff. Customer service is a non negotiable for me so I have high expectations when patronizing a business and I would definitely recommend them. I worked with both Isabel and Dr Annika and am so pleased with how gentle and kind they were to my son. Looking forward to many more years to come with them.

Loved our experience at Hello Kids Dentistry. We were referred by our pediatrician and couldn't be happier. I have a 3 and 4 year old, my youngest being pretty nervous about getting her teeth looked at. Both the dental assistant and the doc were gold! They helped ease her fears and didn't rush her at all but also didn't give up. They had so many tricks up their sleeve! Easy to find and easy parking and great care. Highly recommend!

I feel at ease when I bring my daughter to Hello Kids Dentistry. My daughter and I love the staff, and she doesn’t show any signs of anxiety when she is there. The staff are a joy to be around, are excellent with kids, and I like the quality of their work. I have built trust in this office that they won’t over treat my daughter’s teeth, and they only pay close attention to the work that needs to be done at that time. I strongly recommend, Hello Kids Dentistry to any family looking for a amazing dentist for their kids!

Amazing quality of care. I was concerned about how 6 year old Autistic son's 1st ever visit to the dentist will go. The support staff and the Doctor were amazingly professional in handling my son. Dr Osafi made my son feel comfortable and was super good in checking his dental health. I would highly recommend Hello Kids dentistry.

We recently switched over to Hello Kids Dentistry. The front receptionists were absolutely fantastic. They were so warm and welcoming. They helped with any of my questions and needs. The assistants who saw my kiddos were professional, knowledgeable and caring. My son was fussy and the assistant really took the time to work with him. The Dentist was knowledgeable and such a pleasure. I couldn't imagine trusting my kids dental health to anyone but the staff at Hello Kids! 10 out of 10 recommend!

The phone conversation I had with the secretary about my son was great. The secretary listened and empathized and reassured me. She responded with care and emphasized how they work with all kids and know what to do. I knew immediately this was the right place for my son. I didn’t actually go to the appointment my husband did and he said it was a great experience. They were diligent and kind and patient. And of course my son was excited when they gave him a toy. Haha.

Great Experience. My children love seeing Dr. Annikka and were jumping up and were jumping up and down about getting to return. As a parent I felt very comfortable with all of the procedures and was confident in the ability of all of the staff.

They were so relaxed and gentle with my son- they were able to help him be comfortable with them so that the entire check up was relaxed and went smoothly. Now he’s excited to get to go back and we excitedly point out the building every time we drive past.

We had a wonderful experience on our first visit to Hello Kids Dentistry. This place has amazing reviews on Google and Yelp, and now I know why! We were there with a not-very-cooperative 18-month-old for what turned out to be cavities in his front teeth. The staff was amazing - kind, gentle with my son, and non-judgmental about our existing dental hygiene routine, our lifestyle choices (e.g., cosleeping), and our dental preferences, such as minimizing fluoride use. We felt very respected, and the doctor gave us a clear and thorough explanation of a range of options, from caps and varnishes to improving diet/dental hygiene at home. We wanted more time to think about the choices and did not feel any pressure from the doctor or staff to choose on the spot. We also really appreciated that the doctor did NOT recommend anesthesia for our very small kiddo - in her words, "his little brain is still developing." If you are concerned about going to the dentist with your baby/toddler, I suggest you give Hello Kids a try (and explain any concerns or preferences you are worried about) - they are very kind and respectful and it may save you some cavities down the road.

This was my son, Caden’s first trip to the dentist and I could not be more pleased with the experience. I was initially quite nervous since he only just turned one and is not the biggest fan of having us look around his mouth let alone a stranger, but he was so well behaved and that is in big part because of the dentist and assistant’s personalities. They were both so kind and gentle with him and knew exactly how to ensure his experience was a positive one. The office and waiting room were also extremely clean and the front desk workers were both so friendly. Hello Kids Dentristry has such a great atmosphere and was an all around great place. So glad we found this dentistry!

Wonderful, my daughter was so curious and the DA was so great with her, taking the time to answer her questions! The doctor was amazing making her feel so at ease! This was her first visit to a dentist and it was great!

I have 3 kiddos and we have been coming here for several years. We love this office so much we drive all the way from Snohomish. My youngest daughter had a few tramotizing experiences when she was little at a different dentist office. She emediatly was comfortable and was able to overcome her fears with the help of the staff at hello kids. All 3 of my kids have been cavity free for 3 years and I couldn't be more thankful for Hello kids.

I loved the convenience of getting the same day appointment. I had to schedule an emergency appointment for my daughter (considering we were just establishing care with them for the first time) they offered us time under an hour. I was also concerned about safety because of COVID but we felt safe, they are practicing all the guidelines. And also the staff is very friendly. Dr. Annikka made my daughter feel very comfortable by engaging her in showing how tools work and examined her with patience. She enjoyed her visit and got a cute little toothbrush and paste, which she was very excited to use.

We have always loved Dr. Osafi and staff and were so happy with the care and work of the other dentist - Dr. Benton who we met recently. Dr. Benton was wonderful with my son and very patient in answering all our questions. She suggested a great treatment plan and helped make the whole appointment smooth.

My daughter and I were very pleased with Dr. Osafi's bedside manner. He treated my daughter like the patient rather than me. He was thorough, not invasive, appropriately distracting, provided an assessment that was easy to understand, and gave appropriate recommendations for follow-up actions. The team at Hello Kids were very patient with my kids who were feeling a little shy and scared. They took the time to play games and talk to make them feel comfortable. Now my kids can't wait to go back to the dentist. The toys at the end and cavity free club helped too!! Everyone was very friendly and flexible which was key for our family. Thank you!

I really didn't know what to expect when taking my active two year old son to his first dental appointment. I figured that he be completely uncooperative. The entire staff at Hello Kids Dentistry was fabulous! From the moment we checked, the staff was friendly and we felt relaxed right away. The dental hygienist was patient with my son and introduced him to all the dental tools. It peaked his curiosity and he was interested about the visit. Dr. Osafi was fantastic! He was able to check my son's mouth and even thoroughly brush his teeth. I was thrill by our visit and would highly recommend the team at Hello Kids Dentistry!

When I saw the treatment plan for my 3 year old I was a bit shocked. I needed more information and Dr. Javid Osafi took plenty of time explaining and answering my questions. After that we scheduled an appointment. Till then we tried to "prepare" the son for his visit. Guess we were successful because he surprised all of us, the doctor and staff, with his mature behavior. We ended up working all of his problems in one session. Having said that a big thank you to Dr Osafi and all staff members in the office. You managed to make the visit a pleasant experience for my son and I believe that paved the way for future visits without fearing the dentist. Great job! You nailed it. Thanks Lorence parents.
