Very calm and relaxing. The staff put you at ease even after driving on the freeway. At the same time they are all very focused and make sure that all details are taken attended to. My last appointment, as all of them are, was excellent for quality of care, comfort, and convenience. I have been sharing this with most people I meet, and especially those looking for a great dentist. Instead of dreading my appointments with Dr. Ross, I actually look forward to them!! I feel like I'm visiting family, instead of just having my cleaning, or dental work completed!! I am blessed to have such a great dentist and the entire team for my care of my teeth! Dr. Ross is a very caring, thorough and in my mind a perfect replacement for his predecessor. I have been very pleased with the care I have received at Hillcrest Dental. Overall, the best dental service I've ever had. Not sure why floride is applied right after a cleaning. Probably has something to do with healing the gum/tooth area from the scraping done. The Hillcrest Dental team staff are wonderful, caring, and like to have a good time. Your teamwork means a lot to me. Thanks!

I am a long time former patient of Dr. McAvoy and currently a patient of Dr. Ross, my hygienist name is Jessica. So let me comment on the fact that I am really glad that the level of care and professionalism has been maintained by the new staff. The care by everyone is top notch and in my opinion the very best.For the time being I am mostly treated by Jessica who in an exceptional hygienist. I am also seen by Dr. Ross on every visit with Jessica, he takes the time to check everything that was done and has never had to redo any work. So for all of you who might be considering this clinic for your dental work you could not do better!
