I got several bids before hiring Hoffmann Bros. I am a master electrician and have been in the construction industry nearly 45 years. I was impressed with the estimator, Nate and his knowledge along with his willingness to listen to my needs. This was not your typical AC/furnace replacement because I needed lots of extra work done on piping and ductwork to accommodate a future project. The installers who did the work were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They did a very clean and workmanlike job. Everything is exactly as I wanted it and they thoroughly cleaned up the basement before leaving. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Hoffmann Brothers to anyone. They are very professional.

Our a/c unit quit blowing cold air last week when it hit a high of 97 degrees. Matt, your technician, arrived the following morning and discovered that a snake had crawled into the outside unit and committed "snake-a-cide" by wrapping itself around the motor.The motor overheated, but shut off, because of the built-in safeguard. After cooling the motor down, Matt restarted the system and it began cooling again.(you guys installed the system less than three years ago) More importantly, Matt removed the dead snake from the motor and deposited it in the trash so that I didn't have to deal with it. Matt should get your "Tech of the Month" award along with a nice bonus! The next time we need hvac, plumbing or electrical work, we will rely on you guys for great service from great people.

Hoffman Brothers provided excellent service. They scheduled the time quickly with prompt follow ups. Each time they came, the service person was professional and courteous. They clearly want the customer to feel comfortable with the service and to understand how it is determined what is needed. Pricing seems fair. I highly recommend this company.

I have been a loyal fan of Hoffman Bros for 4 years now and they continue to live up to my expectations. They are prompt, honest and fix it, even if not at first, they work the problem until it is resolved. I continue to highly recommend them to friends and family.

Shane did a terrific job. Was on time (both visits) explained what was malfunctioning with the microwave, what would fix it and how much it would cost. He was even able to remove the light casing in my Whirlpool oven so I could replace the burnt out bulb. (I can now see what's baking for the first time in mire than 10 years!!!) Great job!

Robert met with us first when we were deciding what we wanted. He explained everything very thoroughly and was just very easy to work with. Joey and Doug installed the equipment and we are very pleased with everything. They explained everything to us and showed us how everything worked and what we need to pay attention to as far as maintaining the equipment. They were very polite and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

When our AC went out during a recent heat wave we called Hoffman Bros to see what they could do. Their repair technician came the next morning and informed us that our aged system needed replacing. We were told that our entire system was about to go out a year ago. So we decided to replace both the AC and the furnace. Good thing. The installer pointed out that all three heat exchangers had cracks in them letting carbon monoxide into our home. This information very well could have saved our lives. The installers, Paul and Kyle, were very courteous and worked efficiently. All of the demo and the installation of our new system was done in one day. Prices were very competitive and Hoffman filled out most of the rebate applications for us as well. They took their time to listen to our questions and provided easily understood answers. Our system is now much quieter and we are looking forward to seeing how much savings we are going to get with the higher efficiency over our old system. All in all this was a very good experience and I cannot recommend them more!
