I was very happy with the guys work. I thought the price was fair considering this has been over due in us taking care of it. It was done in a very expedient manner considering some of the obstacles they hsd to work around.

I chose Hoffman Brothers by chance. They just sounded like a good South City company. I chose right! They are caring and dependable and their technicians are thorough and knowledgeable. Above all, they are polite and honest. I will definitely call them again when I need someone I can trust!

All three service men that came, did what was asked and gave extra info. Would like all three specialty area people too get a five star recommendation . Furnace, plumbing , and electrical all did superior jobs.

Service was great. A wall switch was replaced and a switch was replaced on sump pump in basement. The repair man was also excellent. I am on Social Security with limited income. I think a senior citizen discount would be much appreciated.

Hoffman Brothers are the best. From the moment I made my appointment until the moment the tech showed up. They are very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about my problem. Great experience, Adam was able to troubleshoot the ceiling fan and help with some other electrical issues within the same room. Very Professional and easy to work with. Will look to Hoffmann in the future for electrical needs.

Had this rep before. He explained what needed to be done & then did it. A bit pricey; but he came in 2 times now & fixed electrical work that my prior contractor screwed up.

I can't speak to price as I did not solicit competitive bids. There was not an upfront estimate for either the most recent electrical or plumbing work. That might have been good. I guess your guys figured I could afford it. Timeliness, quality and thoroughness all good.

You have great pricing. Your time line was excellent. the work that was done was perfect and spot on. The employee that worked on my AC unit I have to really have to let you know that he went out of his way and fix my AC in a matter of minutes. He did excellent troubleshooting and repaired it so quickly. I am in the electronic field and his talent blew me away. I do believe his name was Michael. The rest of your team that came out and did my installation of my electrical panel did an outstanding job. So professional and cleaned up after they were down to the point I could not even tell they were here. Just an outstanding team and experience. Thank you. Sam Youngblood
