I as a mother as well as my 3 children had an excellent experience with Island Pediatric Dentistry. I was amazed how the doctor patiently and creatively approached my 3 years old daughter. My little girl didn't even notice that she had niddle in her gum. She also didn't mind the drilling in 2 of her teeth. As a mtter of fact she was happy to hear that all the "little bugs" were gone and her teeth are free of them. Thank you doctor for such a great service. We will recommend you to all our friends.

I love bringing my son to Dr. Sara, Dr.Sara is the best she is warm and caring & her staff is very friendly. My son had a dental issue I called the same day and they told me to bring him. Dr. Sara saw him right away & could tell he was nervous & made him feel comfortable and answered all his questions. She took care of him 123. So happy I found this dentist office for my son. Not to mention the office is kid friendly and modern.

I was extremely impressed with the staff at Island Pediatric Dentistry. Upon entering the office I was happy to see that it was bright, colorful and extremely clean. The office is very geared towards children with toys and books, and a large screen tv with children programs. The medical assistants were very cheerful and kind! I originally only scheduled my son for a check up and not my daughter, as she is very afraid of the dentist and previously had a not so great experience at another dentist. The dentist was amazingly patient with my son, she complimented him on how she was impressed with him throughout the cleaning and checkup. My son is 3 years old. She had him actively participate in the procedure and explained to him what she was going to do before she it as well as while she was doing it. The office is very spacious and not enclosed, my husband, daughter and I were allowed to be in the room while she was tending to my son. The exam room is just as colorful and inviting as the waiting area, equipped with a tv on the ceiling so that my son was able to watch tv as he was receiving the cleaning. It is not easy getting a 3 year old boy to cooperate, and I was truly amazed at the dentists patience with him. She gave him stickers as rewards as he cooperated and was able to take both pictures of his teeth and X-rays. Afterwards he was given a goodie bag full of surprises to get him excited enough to want to hurry home and brush his teeth. My daughter needed a checkup as well and as they were currently had a free slot, they suggested the dentist see her. As mentioned previously my daughter is a very difficult patient, she cries and screams and gets very nervous. I had doubts of getting her into the chair, and I let the staff speak to her and convince her, eventually she completely the checkup without any tears complete with cleaning, polishing, pictures and x-Rays. She was rewarded with stickers, a goody bag and chose s tiara from the treasure box for her bravery and good behavior. I have to say my husband and I were truly impressed, excellent all around. I highly recommend this dentist, and will be back in 6 months for my children's check up, thank you island pediatrics!

Dr Seo is very friendly. My children love seeing her as she is very gentle with them. As a parent, I appreciate how she explains everything to my child as she examines and cleans their teeth. I also appreciate how thorough she is when she explains my children's dental needs to me. We hope to continue seeing Dr. Seo for years to come!

Finally, after years of frustration of dealing with LIJ' pediatric dentistry, a practice with friendly, competent, available staff and a caring, efficient doctor- who put my six year old son at ease enough to fix 3 cavities as well as perform other routine dental work, all in about 30 min! The office is beautiful- sparking clean and so nicely decorated. Thank you!

Dr Sara is an extremely skilled dentist, and expert with kids! The office is very clean, comfortable and inviting. She is friendly, animated and great at distracting my little boy as she works quickly and efficiently. The treasure chest and toy machine in the office are a great incentive for him to be brave and receive his reward at the end of the visit (and really appreciated by me too)! I think I was more scared then my little guy was today, but will go in next time reassured knowing he is in good hands and that Dr Sara will do everything she can to make this otherwise scary experience a really positive one. We can't thank you enough.
