I have been very please with my experience with Dr.Jackson and his staff. 'My kids also looked forward to their appointments. They were all so nice to work with and great with scheduling my son and daughter on the same day for convenience. We also enjoyed Dr.Jacksons sense of humor and professionalism. My youngest daughter has been seeing Dr. Jackson since she was in the fourth grade. She is now an eighth grader. The care given by Dr. Jackson and his staff has always been wonderful!! We have watched his practice grow over the years and wish him much success in the years future!!

Dr. Jackson and his staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy and flexible. The opening of the new office in Baxter Village I extremely helpful to us. Dr.Jackson has a great, hands on approach with both patients and parents that is not preeent in many medical offices these days. We highly recommend this practice and will be bring OMG our next child to Jackson Orthodontics in two years.

Jackson Orthodontics has a great team. They have taken great care of my son and the staff have be wonderful with fitting my son into last minute appointments for maintenance due to his seizures. The office provides water, coffee, movies, and games.

We had an evaluation for orthodontic treatment for our son at Dr. Jackson's office. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Dr. Jackson even came out to the waiting room and introduced himself. The assistant was very helpful and explained everything she was doing with our son to make him comfortable. The evaluation took about 1 hour and it was very educational. We learned exactly what was wrong with the alignment of his teeth and how the braces would correct the problem. There were different options on types of braces and different colors. Dr. Jackson answered all of our questions and we were given a detailed estimate of cost and payment plan options. At the end, we received a tour of the office which had a movie theatre, video games, cookies and a hot chocolate machine. The staff made our son feel comfortable with getting braces and even look forward to the appointments. We were very impressed with the quality of care and service received there.

I could not be happier with Jackson Orthodontics! The staff is so friendly and professional- shout out to Tami and Staci for being extra awesome! I have full confidence in Dr. Jackson, and I have already seen amazing results from his work on my daughter's teeth! They really seem to pay attention to her comfort too. The office looks fabulous and it is family friendly-which it great since I always have to bring my youngest with me to most appointments. He actually gets upset if I don't bring him along (the office is that cool)! I've never had to wait long for them to call my daughter back at the appointments either. So glad I chose Jackson Orthodontics for my daughter's teeth! I highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs!

We really liked the quality of care. I liked that in the initial consult he spoke both to me and my son. We both knew what to expect. He also worked with us and our budget and worked out a budget plan. Dr. Jackson is a very caring Orthodontist. I have recommended him to a lot of friends. I highly recommend him to anyone.

We have been very pleased at the Jackson Orthodontics over the past three years. The staff is great helping us and making us feel comfortable with our son's care. The location is great for us and the staff has been very flexible in scheduling and rescheduling appointments. They are also very clear on what to expect with your next appointment so that there are no surprises or unexpected additions to the care. We are thankful for their service and will continue to use Dr. Jackson and his staff when our other son needs orthodontic care. We recommend his services regularly.

With Jackson orthodontist you know that dr Jackson will take as much time as he needs with you. My oldest brother was in braces for 3 years and now his teeth are perfect.

As always, Dr. Jackson and his staff provided wonderful care and service in my daughter's check-up. She had a wire replaced, and got to pick her new rubber-band colors. I think that's her favorite part!
