Dr. Jackson and his crew are always friendly and accommodating for spur of the moment appointments. His office is fun and inviting for both young and older patients. We also admire his personal involvement with the local Steele Creek community and sports venues.

I've only visited the office 3 times, however every visit had been consistently pleasant. Everyone greets you by your first name which makes you feel like you matter and that they are pleased to have you apart of their business. Mr Jackson is very attentive to my needs and concerns as this is not my first rodeo with braces. This time I opted for invisalign and I am very pleased with my results in such a short amount of time. Every person in the facility is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very pleased to make jackson orthodontics my choice when it comes to my orthodontic needs and I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone as Jackson Orthodontics is wonderful! They are always friendly and helpful. My son was not happy about getting his braces after "everyone" else had gotten theirs and were now done but the staff talked to me about options and made him feel better about the situation. As unhappy he was with getting the braces, once he got them, it has been much easier than we expected. Thank you for being so helpful 100% of the time!!

Dr. Jackson is awesome! He goes over every aspect of what needs to be done at the initial consult and at each visit after. He and his staff are very friendly. We feel like he is an old friend that we go visit every few weeks. I can tell when we are in the office that all the kids and parents are very relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend him for all your orthodontic needs.

The quality of care in which I receive from all the members there at Jackson Orthodontics is exceptional. From the time you enter until you are leave. I am very comfortable with Dr. Jackson he is very approachable, pleasant to speak with and is concerned with any issues and or concerns you may have. I am only four miles from the office at Steele Creek which is very convenient in my book. I would highly recommend Jackson Orthodontics to any one in need of an Orthodontist.

I had previously attended five (5) consultation, initially, upon arrival I felt like this is where I should be.The pricing was competitive, but Mr. Jackson and his staff give you the five star treatment from beginning to end.They take pride in knowing that you are comfortable and understand every phase. They make sure you are smiling upon arrival and departure. Convenience was not a issue for me , but they even worked around my schedule and did some rescheduling Once I had a poking bracket, he made arrangement to meet me at his office, with his beautiful family and took care of it. Our experience with Dr. Jackson and his staff have been great. The girls in the back and at the front desk are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend investing in the life time retainer program. I am so glad we did. Not even a month after my daughter got her retainers, she cracked the top one. Definitely a great program. Saved me a lot of money. Worth the investment. Dr. Jackson and all of the staff are awesome. They are very professional and friendly. Have you ever been to a doctor where the wait was minimal, they did not rush and they explained what they were doing? If not, you have now. My girls have seen two other orthodontists and they loved Dr. Jackson and the office set up right away. Which was nice for us since he is so close. We left the prior orthodontist because the office was too far and appointments were not convenient for us. I asked him about Dr. Jackson when he moved into the area and he told me he was a very good orthodontist and that it would be a good move for us. Dr. Jackson is also very involved in the community and not just for show, his heart is in it. We couldn't ask for anything better.

I deeply appreciate Dr. Jackson and his staff. They have made us feel welcome and informed about what to expect and how well the treatment is going. They have guided us respectfully and treated my son with concern and confidence. The atmosphere of the office is peaceful and more than hospitable providing restroom, coffee, snacks, water, games, movies and magazines if the wait is long enough to enjoy them. When we were early, they worked us in as quickly as they could without taking advantage of anyone else's appointment time. When there was a mistake in scheduling, they were helpful and got it corrected, even when I called the office we don't normally go to. This is a great group of people to work with and I'm so glad we have had the opportunity to know Dr. Jackson and his staff.

Dr Jackson and his staff are highly professional and extremely personable! Each staff member took their time with us and was very thorough. They spoke directly to my son who was the patient and included me appropriately. They each made sure that he understood what was happening at each appointment and what he was to follow through with at home. Our appointments were all made to meet our schedule and we were always seen on time. Patrick's smile is even more fantastic thanks to Dr. Jackson and staff! We highly recommend them!

My daughter was nervous about her initial visit at the orthodontist, but as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a friendly, smiling staff! The ladies at the desk immediately started talking to her, making her laugh which calmed her nerves a bit. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and professional. Dr. Jackson answered all of our questions and the procedure was explained thoroughly; as well as all the confusing insurance stuff. The facility was very clean and organized and the staff worked well with me to schedule her appointments around our busy schedule. I am very pleased with our experience at Jackson Orthodontics and look forward to continuing with them. You guys rock!

I was really impressed with the very first visit. Very warm, cheerful & friendly environment. Staff was very sincere & concerned about what was going to be best for me. Every person that I had contact with made me feel comfortable & concerned about my needs. All the phone calls that I made to them were answered promptly. The second visit was awesome & exciting. I am a hygienist and have been in the profession for over 30 years. I chose Dr. Jackson after several consultations and watching many patients from the area orthodontist. I thought the staff was well informed, friendly, and very efficient. My son was made to feel comfortable and was well educated over what to expect and how to care for his teeth during his time with braces.
