They also went above and beyond to help me locate my insurance information, which I really appreciated. Laura did my initial teeth cleaning and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. She was friendly, thorough, and explained each step of the process, which helped me feel informed and at ease. Delaney, who took photos of my teeth, was also fantastic—clear in her instructions and very friendly. She also did a “happy visit” for my 1-year-old and 3-year-old, and was incredibly gentle and informative. The kids loved their first dental experience with her! On my return visit, Michelle was my hygienist. She was just as proficient and accommodating as Laura, and I appreciated our light, friendly conversation during the appointment. Dr. Barlow was equally impressive—knowledgeable, attentive, and very accommodating to my needs. She communicated clearly and never made me feel rushed and dismissed, which is something I truly value in a healthcare setting.
