I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist and assistant were very pleasant and friendly and I really liked Dr. Lu she explained everything and made you feel very comfortable. I was also impressed with their reasonable rates.

Wanted woman dentist who advertised "extractions" close to home. Waiting room artistic and intimate. Dr. Lu and two other women are intelligent and professional without cold, clinical reserve that distances the patient. Results very satisfactory. Will return!

I am a 'snowbird" and my regular family Dentist is in Mass. Recently, I bit down on an ice cube, and half of a rear upper tooth just broke off. Not wanting to wait another 5 weeks to see my Dentist, I asked Denise to see if her Dentist, Dr. Lu, would see me. She called Joanne Dental, and they said to come in right away ! I did, and they worked me into their busy schedule, and I left a relatively short time later with a temporary crown in place ! Their service was very friendly, professional, painless (!) and fairly priced. They are my new Dentist ! ! I highly recommend them ! Dave Warwick

I started going to Joanne Dental about 4 yrs. ago and have had nothing buy good experiences each time I go there. I had a lot of dental work to be done. The staff is always so friendly and Joanne is so gentle and cares how she treats the customer and their problems. I had to have some pulled and several pins put into my teeth to hold fillings and Joanne was soooo good, patient, kind, easy and just a fun person to talk to. The prices are also very good and she gives 10% off for seniors, which is a big help! Thank you Joanne and all the staff for your friendly personalities, great attitudes and making your patients feel comfortable. You are great!!

Since I am a Dentist fraidy cat I am always apprehensive when going to the Dentist. Doctor Lu and her staff always put me at ease, holding my hand and just being THERE. I never have to wait for an appointment more than a few minutes which is wonderful because long waits give me time to panic. Yes I am an adult but have had some bad experiences over the years. Dr. Lu has made it bearable, not quite pleasant but the entire staff has helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. Thank you to Doctor Lu and her caring, gentle staff.

Donna and I have been seeing Dr. Lu for several years and without a doubt she is the finest Dentist and Oral Care specialist we have ever met. She is up on all the latest techniques and methods of tooth care and is attentative to managing pain before during and after the proceedures she performs. She is meticulous in her work and will always finish her work with the professional care and intensity of a perfectioninst and artist that she is. Her staff is also following the lofty standards of excellence and perfection that Dr. Lu embraces. I confidently and proudly reccomend Dr. Lu to friends. She sets the bar of excellent in Dental Care very, very high and is the best dentist I have been to in 65 years.
