I was with the same dental practice in Pennsylvania for over 20 years and worried that I would not be able to find anyone in Central Florida as good. Dr. Park is as good if not better! Top of the line! His office is located in the back of a medical complex. Parking is under tall shade trees and as you walk along the path it feels like you're walking to a cottage, very relaxing. The waiting area is warm and inviting with a pleasant and receptive staff to greet you and complimentary beverages to quench you. There's a TV and even a recliner in the waiting area. Both times I came, the first without an appointment and was squeezed in, I was taken on time. The tech staff is very compassionate, competent and welcoming. The second visit was for a tooth repair/build up and crown. Other than a slight pinch I did not feel the two shots that Dr.Park gave me. He's excellent at those. The drilling went quickly and I was stunned that the crown would be made on the spot and ready before I left. No "goop" for impressions, all digital. This is state of the art dentistry. In two hours I had an old crown removed, a tooth filled and significantly built up to accept the crown and got my permanent crown! There's a TV in the exam rooms so you can watch anything you'd like while you're there. The staff will not leave you hanging in the dental chair uncomfortably but consistently will check on your comfort level. Other than leaving money at this cottage when you leave, as opposed to walking into Grandma's cottage where she'd give you some coins, this was a great experience! If you're looking for state of the art dentistry, essentially pain free in a pleasant setting with a clean bathroom and nice staff, this is the place!

Due to my hectic schedule, I usually don't take the time to write reviews for services rendered. However, I felt very strongly compelled to write a positive review for Dr.Park and his staff. I had a horrible toothache and my regular 'National Chain Dentist' told me that they couldn't fit me in for about a week. Unacceptable! The pain was unbearable and I had no choice but to find another dentist that could fit me in sooner. I called Dr. Park's office and spoke with Jean and she fit me in right away. She gave me a 2:00 appointment. I arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork and was in the dentist chair at 2:00 prompt. A quick x-ray, a couple shots to the gum and an extraction all within 30 minutes. "That's what I call service"! Coincidentally my upper bridge came loose a week later. Same thing, a phone call, an immediate appointment and my bridge was fixed. I give Dr.Park and his staff a five star review. Very sincerely Darren Franz.

This was my first visit at Dr. Park's office. I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Park. They are professional and caring about you as a person. I spent a lot of years working for a Dentist and I am not easy to impress, however, Dr. Park and his staff have exceed my expectations of what I am looking for with a new Dentist. I would highly recommend anyone that has any fear of going to a dentist like I have to visit Dr. Park's office and find out for yourself how good they really are.

I broke a tooth and needed a crown. I called several office and talked with the receptionist. When I talked to Jean at Dr. Park office, I knew that was the right office for me. I am a nervous patient, so Dr. Park gave me a prescription to help me relax. It was a wonderful experience!! I had no pain during the prep of the tooth. It fits and looks beautiful!The next day I had no pain around the gums or at the injection sight. I could not believe what a pain free process it was.The best part is the crown was made in the office that day and I was out with in 2 hours.The office is clean and neat, with a fresh coffee station and refrigerator with juice and water. It is modern with current magazines and a wonderful TV for your husband or children to watch. YOU wont be in the waiting room long enough to see the TV!

Dr. Park and staff are welcoming, charismatic & most important efficient, prompt and kind. I am a 28 year old mother of two that went through some traumatic experiences and I basically let myself go. My overall health has depreciated because of my severe dental neglect. Most of my teeth are unable to be restored. I am unable to leave my house out of pure embarrassment. I took care of everyone around me but failed to take care of myself. Anyway, long story short, I am finally able to find a good dentist and staff that don't look at me with disgust (as I have experienced many other places). They empathize and seem to really want to help. I think that is one of the best qualities anyone could search for. I am finally looking forward to be able to seek new employment and just go out to the mall without facing negative looks. I am looking forward to a new smile. I'm a 28 year old that needs dentures. It's a very hard pill to swallow. Thankfully the process is quick and the people have treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I will definitely refer others after I get my new set of teeth. I am so grateful. I think anyone would be more than satisfied with Dr. Park and his welcoming staff.

Doctor Park and his group of wonderful assistants are the best. Everyone there gives me the best of care and is very concerned with my every need. They are gentle and to me that is very important. I have been going there now for twelve years and will continue seeing them always. My family members and some of my friends also go there and everyone is very satisfied. Never once have I ever heard anyone complain. If you are looking for a dentist in Polk County then I highly recommend Doctor Park and his staff to take good care of you.

I don't have insurance and still got right in no problem. $250-300 to examine my problem and pull the tooth. Been 3 times now. 2 wisdom teeth, And a broken tooth. If I have any more dental work I would return to Dr Park. Not to mention the staff along with the doctor are pleasant to be around. It sucks to be at the dentist but at least everyone is happy.

I am wintering in Winter Haven from Maine. About four weeks ago a pice of a filling came loose in one of my teeth, I called several Dentist offices and could not get an appointment for at least 3 weeks at all but one which I went took. After the sticker shock price of $3000.00.I did some additional research for a local dentist and found Dr. Park office for future reference. Being that I was not in any pain I was hoping to get back to my regular Dentist in Maine as I was already scheduled for maintenance work. Well that all came to an end as I was awake every two hours during the night and called Dr. Parks office this morning and couldn't have been greeted by a more friendly receptionist who listened to my issues and was able to get me an appointment at 11:AM today. When I arrived by a very professional and friendly staff and was introduced to Dr. Park was very quickly diagnosed was informed that my tooth was broken and the best solution would be to pull it, which was done. I can not say enough great things about how friendly and professional Dr. Park and his staff are and would reccommend this practice to anyone witout any hesitation. A very big Thank you to Dr. Park and his staff.

I was not one of Dr. Park's patients, (I am now!)since we live in Ohio for 6 months. However, I lost a crown and needed it to be cemented back into place. Dr. Park was at the top of the HealthGrades list, with so many favorable reviews, I had to call him first. He is very impressive, as is all his staff I had contact with. I especially noted the kind and professional way Heather treated Tandy, an intern. The office is bright, cheery, and clean. I am happy to have a dentist I can now refer others to!!

We live in Illinois and I'd had trouble with a molar for several months. My dentist did a root canal and tried to save the tooth as my upper partial was connected to it. Unfortunately, there was also a deep periodontal pocket adjacent to it and it became uncomfortable right before we left for Lake Wales. My own dentist was in the hospital but authorized antibiotics and we hoped for the best. A couple of weeks after we arrived here I began experiencing a nauseating odor and finally realized it was caused either by my tooth or sinus. You cannot imagine how awful it was! I actually thought we had sewer problems in the house! There was no swelling or pain. I called my Illinois dentist and he said the tooth would probably have to come out. I asked some acquaintances who they might recommend and they said Dr. Park. Dr. Park got me in quickly, examined and x-rayed my tooth and agreed it needed to be removed and did so immediately. The first few hours were rough as it bled longer than it should have. By the next morning, however, I felt 100% better. There was little pain or swelling with the extraction, and the awful odor subsided. Best of all, my old partial still worked so I don't have to go for 3 months without any teeth while the gum heals. Dr. Park and his associates were great--professional, positive, encouraging, and helpful. If I have any dental problems while we are here you can bet I will call Dr. Park's office. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Park was recommended to me by two different friends last year. I had recently moved t Winter Haven and needed to have some work done quickly. The team at Dr. Park's office scheduled me in the day I called. I needed a crown. Much to my surprise they were able to complete all of the process in just one visit! No temporary just a new crown. Dr. Park and his team always make me feel confident in their skill and I have never been disappointed. The hygienests are wonderful and do a great job. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and go the extra steps to make sure everything is taken care of. I will recommend Dr. Park to everyone!
