The main focus of Jonathan Dental Spa is cosmetic and implants dentistry, which include tooth colored fillings, tooth whitening, bonding, porcelain veneers, and dental implants. We also specialize in an array of services including teeth whitening: we use a pain-free effective teeth whitening system that takes only 45 minutes for the treatment and changes an average of 8 shades immediate, as well as invisalign Dr. Abenaim is one of four children and was born in Montreal, Canada. Upon graduating high school at the age of 17, Dr. Abenaim enrolled at Yeshiva University in New York. He graduated with a B.A. and a major in Biology. He then continued his studies, at one of the 3 Ivy League dental schools in the country, at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He graduated with honors in several disciplines including Prosthetic Dentistry, Endodontics and Pain Management. His most cherished award is the E. Howell Smith Award in Prosthetic Dentistry which he received upon graduation. Seeking to further his education in Implant Dentistry, Dr. Abenaim attended an Advanced Implant Prosthodontic Residency at Nova Southeastern University which improved his skills in treatment planning, implant dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. He then improved his knowledge and skills in Oral Implantology in one of the oldest continuing education residency programs in the country at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic in Palm Beach Florida under the guidance of world renowned implantologists. He has subsequently been awarded Fellowship in The International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Abenaim is one of the elite group of cosmetic dentists that perform the cosmetic and surgical part of implant dentistry, which is less than 2% in the U.S.A. “Dr. Jonathan Abenaim is married to his wife Sarah and has four beautiful children; Emmanuelle, Jakey ,Mica and Liad.”

Can a visit to the dentist ever be called pleasant? In this case an emphatic yes! From the moment and not without a great deal of trepidation I walked through the front door I felt a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The waiting area was very nicely appointed with comfortable couches and pillows. It is so unlike your typical waiting room. I didn't have much chance to relax here because there was no wait. I was taken in almost immediately for the pre-procedure interview where I was asked what my goals were. I was informed what their goal for me was and a wide range of options were discussed where I was repeatedly told my short time goal of that day would be met as well as my long term expectations. Again, all this was done in a very friendly and relaxed and at times a joking manner which further heightened my confidence that I was in fact in the right place at the right time! Next came the CT Scan of which the results were fully explained. I was then prepped for my procedure. I opted for the nitrous oxide which I highly recommend to the nervous Nellies like myself. The topical anesthetic was applied in a pain free manner. Headphones were placed on me connected to an iPod but before I could actually settle back and relax to the great music selection my extraction was over. I'm guesstimating the whole procedure was done in less then three completely pain and anxiety free minutes. Oxygen was administered to clear the cobwebs and after explaining verbally and in writing how to care for the work done it was time to go home. Start to finish in under one hour! The doctor and his caring staff were extremely professional and friendly. Would I recommend them? You bet!! Overall a 10 out of 10 rating. I never felt at all like just a patient. Rather I was a partner with the staff in my oral care!
