I have always been very impressed with Dr. Song and his staff. Dr. Song is an excellent dentist. He's very professional, focused, personable and does great dental work. The staff are great and personable as well. They are truly like family as we have been coming here for twenty years! We will continue to come to Dr.Song for our dental needs!

I have been very satisfied over the past year getting to know and be treated by Dr. Song. Today, for instance, I came in for a temporary crown--a 90-minute procedure. Judy welcomed me with a smile (as always) and I was ready to go, right on time. Dr. Song and his assistant explained each and every step along the way. The pain-killer numbed the area such that I didn't feel a thing and my visit finished a few minutes early. Just as important to me was the fact that we were able to schedule the return appointment at a time that actually works for me. Thanks to everyone for a successful visit!

Dr. Song has given me excellent dental care. He is very personable and treats his patients with respect and kindness. I appreciate that he is very meticulous about the dental work he does. Yesterday - I had an appointment with Dr. Song for a new crown. Even though the tooth that the crown was being put on was in a difficult area - Dr. Song smoothly fitted the temporary crown in place and I experienced no discomfort in the process. He was very gentle and he asked me several times if I was doing ok throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Song is always professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him for any of your dental procedures. My husband and I have been going there for years now and we are very satisfied with Dr. Song's high quality of care for us as patients.

First I must admit I was happy to be asked to leave a review but I am feeling guilty for not being more timely with my response. Having been a patient with this practice for over 15 years it is not easy to change dental providers. It is also more difficult when this decision is made for you as my Dentist deservedly decided to retire. Presented with this situation I was thinking of finding a practice closer to my home since I relocated away from the Monrovia area. Upon receiving the letter that the practice was being taken over by Dr. Song and informed that the entire staff and office protocol would not change I decided to give the new practice a try. I am glad I did! My first visit was like returning to see old friends as true to the promise the staff was the same. Upon meeting Dr. Song, I was pleased with his cordial personality and friendly demeanor. As for the quality of care I cannot be more impressed. I have had many procedures done since Dr. Song assumed the practice and each was conducted with the utmost professionalism and dedication to patient comfort and care. Actually the care went above expectations since Dr. Song and staff made special provisions to accommodate my dental emergencies that occurred during closed business hours. Again, thank you for your concern and prompt attention to my dental complications. If you are looking for a caring, competent, and courteous dental practice then I highly recommend you let Dr. Song be your dental provider. I for one am glad I decided to stay and hope to be a patient for at least another 15 years.

Going to the Dentist is my least favorite thing. Needless you say, I'm a big chicken! However, going to Dr, Songs office makes it better. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Song is very gentle and lets you know what he is doing. I love this small community practice where they ask how your family is and you are treated like you are their only patient.

Dr. Song is very conscientious and, I think, a bit of a perfectionist--which is just fine when it comes to getting dental work done! Totally painless, except for some minor discomfort when novocaine. His entire staff is friendly and capable, too. Today I had a cavity filled, in and out in half an hour--right on schedule.
