Everyone in the office is both friendly and extremely competent. They really know their patients and make an effort to address any concerns before you bring them up. Also, you don't experience any noticeable wait times. They run an efficient and honest schedule. Their work is wonderful and I had had a lot of problems because of a prior dental office that only did superficial work. Dr. Loftus and company have helped me return my teeth and gums to really good condition. I'm very grateful that he was recommended by my oral surgeon. It's kind of trivial in the overall scheme of things but the parking is great and the office is lovely and spotless.

Dr. Loftus and his staff are amazing. They make going to the dentist a breeze for your whole family. Front desk always friendly and greets me by name. Dr. Loftus's really cares about you and makes you feel comfortable. Beautiful office space, the latest equipment and great location. Truly a first class dental experience!

Someone recommended Dr Loftus to me about seven years ago when we moved to the Dallas area. I am grateful for the referral! He is conservative in his approach- only recommending work that is truly necessary. When I have needed a filling, the experience has been very positive. Dr Loftus is competent, thorough, pleasant and personable. I have recommended him to several other family members and they have also had a positive experience. His office staff is courteous and helpful.

Great Dental Practice - I have been to many dentists in several cities growing up and in my career moves, always a daunting process. I found Dr. Loftus about a year ago when I moved to Dallas and what a great find!! His office is very convenient to get to and it is a modern dental office, fresh, clean and very comfortable. Due to my particular need to have my teeth cleaned every quarter I have seen Dr. Loftus and his team many times now and each time it has been a very fun experience, great conversation, lots of laughing and great dental treatment. I've recommended Dr. Loftus to three people at my office already and now I carry a couple of Dr. Loftus' business cards in my wallet in case anyone asks me about a dentist in the area I just hand them his card.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Loftus since he opened his practice in the late 90's. He's a great dentist and always takes great care of us. He is also the dentist of both our kids. They both enjoy going to his office, as he makes them feel at ease during the visit. We highly recommend him.

Having had prior dental experiences that were less than positive, it was a great relief to work with Dr. Loftus and his staff. They were all friendly, yet professional. Dr. Loftus took the time to "hear" what I had to say regarding past experiences and responded kindly. He explained my treatment opions clearly, shared his opinion on what treatment plan he would choose and reminded me that, "he works for me." He is the first dentist that has allowed me to feel in control of my dental decisions. There was also never a time that I felt discomfort. I can honestly say that he erased my negative opinion regarding going to the dentist. In fact, I scheduled my next appointment with him before I left the office. The quality of care was ten steps ahead of any dental experience I've ever had. I never thought I would say, I enjoyed going to the dentist, but I did! Thanks, Joe!

Truly the BEST dentist there is! Incredibly personable, very enthusiastic and thoughtfully meticulous! He is always in a fantastic mood and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone, no matter the age.
