The phrases that come to mind describing my experience with Dr. Reed and his staff at Arlington Dental are "Exceptional," "Top Quality," "Caring," "Committed," and "Above and beyond." That is saying volumes since I've had a lifetime of difficult dental issues, a nervous condition that hasn't helped, and often financial issues that inhibited my getting the good care I desperately needed. I've been to several dental offices over the years, some good and some downright scary. At Arlington Dental I've been extremely impressed with Dr. Reed, his staff, and his whole office. Dr. Reed is a dentist who I truly believe answered a genuine calling, as dentistry is so obviously "his thing," almost like it's a hobby. He's really into it and his patients. What a difference that makes! He's the most knowledgeable, thorough dentist I've ever been to with the best, nicest staff and they SHOW IT! I'm sure I'm a challenging patient, as I came to them with a mouthful of trouble. Even so, they've turned my whole perspective about dental health around as well as improving my smile. I'm more than happy to refer them to anyone and already have. I'm very grateful to Dr. Reed and staff beyond words, for the kind, exceptional care they have given me. From the very start, I knew I picked the right dentist when I walked in the door and saw the wonderful facility and was very nicely greeted. I like the email and text notification. The Hygenist was awesome and explained everything. Great experience.

Amazing experience! For a person who WAS terrified of going to the Dentist, I find myself very enthusiastic about doing this review. Dr. Reed is astonishing to say the least. He carefully and completely explained the process of implants from A to Z and then back again for me. I knew going in it would be a year long process and I was sorely afraid that I would make the first appointment and never go back. To my surprise, I actually looked forward to going in and getting the implants done! Dr. Reed did everything right and his very helpful advise on "remember to breathe" has come in handy in other situations! Any question I had was answered immediately and completely, even if I had asked it before. And, if I even flinched just a tad, he would stop and ask if I was all right. I cannot say enough good things about him! And, his staff is equally incredible! Every time I went in, I was greeted by name by everyone! A very special kudo to Jasmine, Dr. Reed's assistant. She is so conscientious and caring! Thank you all for curing my Phobia! I will be referring everyone I know to you! These are great people! Quality of Care = A+ Comfort = A+ Friendliness = A+. In other words, you cannot miss by seeing Dr. Reed!

Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff was friendly and went out their way to get me in for an emergency appointment. Dr. Reed was exceptionally friendly and skilled at the work he performed. A true artist and passionate about what he does. I would recommend this office to anyone and will go back for all my dental needs going forward.

I was impressed with Dr. Reed's patience and skill. He was pleasant to talk to and I was definitely impressed with the new technology that he utilizes for crown placement. I believe that he is an overall skillful, pleasant and effective dentist.

He was a very nice gentleman and he listened to my complaints, had his nice and proactive staff take photos and within one hour I was in the chair getting two teeth removed that had been causing me not to be able to eat. Best dentist I've had as well as friendly and knowledge staff i would recommend to ANYONE :-)

I had my teeth whitened by Nikki. She did an excellent job explaining the procedure as we went along and my results are great! Dr. Reed and the rest of his staff are friendly, personable and very helpful! I would highly recommend this office for anyone seeking a dentist.

I called because I was lost and the young lady who answered the phone gave me perfect directions when I got to the office the office was clean friendly very welcoming I gave them my paperwork and then waited no time at all for the hygienist who was wonderful she asked me if I was cold I said I was a little she gave me a blanket to put on and then started cleaning my teeth actually the doctor came in and looked at me first and I told him if he was half as good as his staff I was going to be very happy he was wonderful and then the hygienist started cleaning my teeth my overall experience was a strong 10 I came home I needed to call my insurance company Allstate and when I was on the phone with her I told her how wonderful the dentist was she asked for the number and I gave it to her so I've already referred my first person!!

I am an anxiety filled traumatized patient when it comes to dentistry. I had found an excellent dentist and then he retired. Dr. Reed was referred to me by my previous dentist and he is amazing!!!! He was wonderful with my treatment and helping calm my fears!!! I have to have the mask for even a cleaning!! LOL He offered many ways to help with sedation and he was very thorough with my exam and problem. I had to have an emergency root canal right on the spot and normally I need to prep and psych myself up for this kind of thing... He stepped right in, made me feel safe and it was over before I knew it. No pain and the crown was made right then and there!! No return visit, no come back and fit AND I received my cleaning while I was sedated and numb all in one visit!!! It was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend him for any dental needs!!! He's great! The office staff is friendly and more than accommodating. The decor is very professional with media in the patient rooms for distraction ;)) So glad I went to him.

I was impressed at the customer service etiquette he and his staff provided. He was professional throughout the process and the work done on my tooth. Dr Reed is a great example of what a dentist should be. He takes extra time to ensure your comfort and education; even for a standard cleaning. His office is impeccably clean and works with a great team.
