Excellent customer service experience. Fast response. To have my piano junked, I was expecting to be line-itemed to the nth degree. That didn't happen. Friendly and fast service at a reasonable rate

It was very easy to work with this group and they were WAY below quotes I was getting from other vendors. They cleared 3 rooms full of old stuff and cleaned up afterwards. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient and they took EVERYTHING except the uranium 235 (just joking about the uranium). The only ping is that they do not accept checks, but I got a great deal on the project.

Responded quickly to my call and hauled away miscellaneous furniture pieces at a reasonable cost. Communication was great to let me know what time to expect them. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Workers were right on time and carried out a very large bedroom set down a flight of stairs and avoided damaging my stairlift. They were quick and efficient. Also very polite.

I was able to hire Junk Aide Junk Removal the same day to get rid of some trash that accumulated from upgrades we made to our house. They were really responsive. When I initially called I didn't have to wait more than two minutes for someone to answer my call. The receptionist immediately let me know that someone would be able to pick up the trash the same day three hours later. I was called an hour before they arrived to make sure my time window still worked. They met me outside of my house on time and got started removing the trash. In total, there was a lot of trash and it took the two removal specialists approximately 10 minutes to move everything. They were extremely quick, very friendly, and made sure I was happy with the job. All in all, this company gets a 10 out of 10 from me. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Junk Aide Junk Removal is a great service. Anytime I've ever needed them, any day of the week, they've shown up, rain or shine. I work at a hospital and reliability and timeliness is important to me. I will never use another service as long as Junk Aide is around. I would recommend them to anyone with the highest approval. Their prices are lower then most places in the greater D.C. area.
