We are so happy with Dr. Paddy and his team at KidsMileHigh! The entire office is genuine and one of a kind - from the friendly and kind dental hygienists to the knowledgeable Dr. Paddy with his high energy and professionalism. As a parent I receive straight forward communication and appreciate that both of my young daughters are relaxed and not nervous about going to the dentist. We would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Paddy to anyone!

We have been with Kemi Houston for 17 years. We have 4 children. Of course we were nervous when Dr. Paddy Smithwick took over. We are JUST AS HAPPY with Dr. Smithwick! The same friendly office staff greets you at the front, Karen still runs the office, Brenda is still in billing! It seems to be as smooth of a transition as it could be when a Dr. retires. Dr. Smithwick is very professional, great with kids, communicates well with both kids and parents and overall fantastic at what he does! I would highly recommend this office to EVERYONE with children/kids of all ages!

We are very happy with Kids Mile High...would not go anywhere else. All of the staff is trustworthy, kind, experienced and provide an easy dental experience for all three of my children. We would highly recommend Dr. Paddy to all of our friends.

My 2 month old had a tongue and lip tie making it difficult for her to eat. The staff gave us an appt very quickly and Dr Paddy fixed it the same day! The staff was very attentive and supportive. They did a wonderful job and was very impressed. Thanks for everything! Stephanie and baby Charlotte ;)

Fabulous first visit for my son (who was reluctant at first) and great follow up for my daughter! We loved the care and attention of the staff and Dr Paddy! Our appointments were right on time as well. Best part for this mom: Kids had no cavities and so much fun, they can't wait to go back!

My 3-year-old had a tooth ache and was able to be seen the same day. She has a speech delay and is very sensitive to loud sounds and untrusty of strangers. The staff made her feel so comfortable, that her appointment went without any issues! I was surprised how she willingly opened her mouth for cleaning and check up. She left the office with lots of new toys, as well. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I did not feel rushed at any point and am so glad we chose Dr. Paddy and his staff for our daughters dental needs.

My daughter was afraid to have dental work done. Dr. Paddy and his team were able to help calm her down in order to get everything completed. The staff was very understanding and caring of her needs. We are so happy and my daughter is looking forward to her next appointment
