I really needed a tub to shower conversion and I must say that Legacy Remodel & Design Group stepped up to the challenge. The work is phenomenal and outstanding results for my situation. The staff was very courteous and gave professional prompt service. I would recommend them highly. They were very conscientious in their cleanup. I would barely know they had been there except for my bright shiny new shower.

Salesman described the product well, appointment to install was on time and work accomplished promptly.

They were very good at keeping me informed about the status of my order and anticipated starting date. Since the original size of the Gutter Helmet was too small for the depth of my shingles, a larger size of the Helmet had to be ordered. The new Helmet arrived in just a few days and the installation was completed within a few hours. The crew was very polite and informative. My experience with both the product and the company has been very good. I am waiting for a good hard rain to test the efficiency of the Helmet.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for proper functioning of my system, along with taking my preferences (mowing around things) into consideration. The installation people were very professional and I hardly knew they were here (a blessing since I have a chronic illness). There was no debris left anywhere. The product looks great and gives the house a very "finished" look, although that is not why I purchased it. I lived in the middle of piney woods - literally and gutters have been an enigma - they really needed cleaning out weekly (smile - not!). This Gutter Helmet system is the best thing since garage door openers! And, I would go with the real deal - the one with the patents. Who wouldn't want this on their house unless they live in a treeless neighborhood (and who would want that - not me!)? I recently checked (over a year since original installation) and I could hear the water rushing through the gutters and I actually went out and verified water was coming out all 4 downspouts and going where it was supposed to - and it was! To me this is a no-brainer - looks good and works great - wish I'd had it 30 years ago!

Legacy Remodel and Design Group did everything they said they would when they said they would. The crew that came to our home were friendly and answered any questions I had regarding installation and upkeep. They took care to not damage any plants while putting in the Gutter Helmet and picked up all materials before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that expects fast, clean and courteous service.

They were good to stay on top of things and keep us updated on when they would be here. They were right on time and completed the job faster than we expected. The bath look great!

Very efficient we had gutters on the house with in a week of first payment. The installers were very professional and had gutters on house in less than 1 hr.

These guys did a great job putting in gutters for our new home. The cost was more than the cheap stuff, but they just look tremendous and work great. You can hardly see them, color blends in and everything is straight. We had to delay installation until the house was ready, but they came promptly when called. The workers were polite, worked well into the night to get it done, and cleaned up before going home. I'm happy.

Our second experience with this company. We first had the Gutter Helmet put on the back of our house. Excellent product and installers were on time and experienced. Great Job !! Most recently we had a tub to shower conversion in the master bath. The sales person that came to our house had a vast knowledge of the product line and offered great choices. The installers were on time and did a Fantistic Job. They cleaned up as they worked, kept us informed as to the progress and offered arrangement choices to height of shelves and bench in shower. They are great guys and realy know their craft. Follow up after the install was quick and the type of customer service you long for these days. We recommend this company without hesitation.

We had a bad rising water problem...Mr. Bailey explained that with time soil builds up around the foundation...his solution was to help move the water away from the house, glad to report that gutters and the gutter helmet worked!

Great people, quick installation and easy to work with. No hidden charges or kinks. Highly recommended! They did our first bathroom about 5 years ago and then we had them come back and do the 2nd bath this year.

I am so happy with my Bath Wraps shower. The installers took out my bathtub and converted the space into a shower in a little over one day. I am a little older and the bathtub was a real hazard for me, but now I feel safe with my new shower and the upkeep is easy! My safety is definitely worth making this purchase and the lifetime warranty is important. Great company to deal with and a great experience overall.

I have wanted an upgrade for my roof, for a long time now. So, when insurance paid for storm damage to my roof, I had my opportunity to upgrade. New gutters were a part of that deal. Because I had done some studies (that impressed me) about Gutter Helmet I grabbed the opportunity to get the Helmet. While we have had little rain to truly test the Helmet, they look GREAT. I was very impressed with the whole process starting with my initial phone call, to the estimator, to the scheduler, to the installers, and the follow up contacts. While, the product is very expensive, (I was fortunate to get a 30% promo discount) I'm confident that it will be well worth the price as my "gutter cleaning days are over". I will be showing them off as time goes by as well as recommending them to anyone who may have the need. A hardy "Thank You" to all your professional people!
