I highly recommend the Lodi Dentist. I am very happy, and satisfied with the service received because they have the quality, comfort and convenience that I'm looking. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating and the office itself is very clean. Thank you all and more power to you guys.

First, I do not enjoy going to dentists. This was my first visit to a dentist in 18 months. My experience was very calming. The office is clean and set up very well. The front desk staff were friendly and warm. The dental hygienist was excellent and the Dr. was also excellent. Explained everything, was friendly and was not rushed. This office will definitely be my dentist going forward. I may even enjoy going to the dentist now.

The whole staff was great. Jill was so sweet and helpful. Made my entire experience wonderful. Dr. Neal was very thorough and I appreciate all of his wisdom.

I believe that we all recognize that good dental care is an important aspect of a persons overall general health, but visiting the dental office is not something that I have ever looked forward to. But I needed to go and see a dentist so I made an appointment with the office of The Lodi Dentist. I can truly say that I made a great choice. The office is very clean, bright and comfortable and It has very convenient parking in their lot located next to the office. Dr. Neil, Beth and every one of their staff that I have had contact with have been professional, friendly, and always helpful. My experiences have left me with the belief that I am receiving the finest quality dental care locally available. The Lodi Dentist has created a dental office that I have learned to trust.

I cannot say enough great things about Lodi Dentist. I’m pretty new to Lodi and needed a dentist- I went to a different dentist that did not make me feel welcome, so I switched to Lodi Dentist. Lodi Dentist makes you feel welcomed that is important to me, as a client. Their quality of work is excellent and they take the time to explain each step and they take the time to create a treatment plan. Lodi Dentist is not aggressive about up selling you either. They give you options that work for you. I truly think Dr. Neal, Beth, Dr. Kalapsa, and the entire staff are so skilled at their craft. Each staff member takes pride in what they do and truly make you feel like part of a family. Kudos to Lodi Dentist❤️ Everyone should go to Lodi Dentist. I found The Lodi Dentist on Yelp listed under “the best dentist in my area.” After my visit yesterday, I would have to agree. Dr. Hoff and the rest of the staff did a thorough examination and explained what needed to be done including cost(all in writing). I am impressed with the service and look forward to future visits at The Lodi Dentist.

To EVERYONE in Lodi, Myself & family choose The Lodi Dentist, they are there for their patients, even in the Days of COVID-19. Today at 8:30 am I called Dr. Neal and said I had an emergency need, a tooth that was causing me pain. I got an appointment 1 hour later! The x-ray and Dr's examination showed no sign of decay, cracked tooth or a filling under performing. He thought could be a dead nerve, calling for a root canal. His talented and well connected office manager Beth got me an appointment at noon (2 hours later) At Delta Endodontics. Dr. Neal was correct I needed a root canal and by 1:30, the painless Dr. Neri had me on my way pain free. WOW! I know there are some dental practices that are closed in these COVID days. I’ve never had to see this dentist office when I was in a crunch, since I began using them approximately 12 years or so ago. The Lodi Dentist was nice enough to fit me into their schedule last Monday as I had chipped my front tooth. They were friendly, fast and professional. Thank you Lodi dentist and your wonderful staff!

My experience with the Lodi Dentist has been exceptional. They are efficient, friendly, on-time - every time, Dr. Neal and his assistants communicate my options and procedures effectively so that there is no misunderstanding about what will happen during the visit. And most importantly, they do not push additional services on you. The entire staff makes sure you are comfortable and have a good experience. I recommend them to anyone new to the area that is in need of dental care or to anyone looking for a change to a great team of professionals.

Cleanliness is my first concern which I noticed how well it is maintained in the whole office and building. The second is the ability of the doctor which I consider the best I have encountered in my 80 years. And last the doctor's assistants are a great asset to the doctor with their efficiency and friendliness. The office staff are also very friendly and efficient. This review is about my first visit as my old dentist retired. Everyone was so pleasant and professional! I always have disliked getting my teeth cleaned. In all my years I never had a better teeth cleaning experience, and I have a lot of years behind me! I look forward to seeing the office staff again next visit.

Today i was VERY well taken care of by (in order of appearance) Susan, Jill, Dr. Kalapsa, and Karissa. This was my first appointment with The Lodi Dentist. I was greeted like a longtime patient from the moment I checked in at the front desk to the final rescheduling of an appointment. The hygienist was very professional, well-trained, informative and friendly. I must say the X-rays and pictures were excellent and gave me a very clear idea of the state of my dental health. She was an expert at the cleaning, explaining about bone-loss, and pockets in the gums, best cleaning techniques. The consultation with dentist also reinforced this. His demeanor also was comforting, friendly and professional. He explained the history of my dental and restoration health in a detailed way, genuinely interested and thorough. There is a sense of professional respect and corroboration in this office which is reassuring, making the patient care and comfort a real priority. I will need some dental work and the doctor is available in one day! Very rare in my years of medical and dental appointments. Payment and financing were also explained thoroughly with all options outlined.The professional, caring, and friendly attitudes of all the staff made this a reassuring and wonderful experience. I wanted to send this review directly to you because it may be a little longer than the reviews I do on google, facebook, and yelp :) I found The Lodi Dentist through a simple google search and signed up myself, my husband and 2 girls to be new patients. Kami was such a pleasure to speak with over the phone, she made setting up the appointments easy and she is a very good listener because I after I briefly told her all 4 of our schedules she found appointments that fit perfectly for each of us. Honestly, I have thought all morning how to put into words the wonderful experience I had today. One thing I said to Coree was that never in my entire life had I ever felt so comfortable and at ease sitting in a dentist chair. The more I thought about it, it almost brought me to tears because all my life going to the dentist has simply been a bad experience. Before I got married, as a single parent I simply put my dental health to the side and honestly didn't mind because I almost hated going to the dentist. In one single visit, Coree and Dr. Neal changed all that. Coree's pleasant, professional, and kind demeanor made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. She explained everything in such a way I honestly didn't have questions and if I did I felt comfortable asking them. I could tell she enjoys what she does and she does it well. Dr. Neal was the same way. He was very kind, professional and helped me feel like my dental health was in good hands. Lastly, there was Susan at the end of my appointment. She explained my coverage, upcoming procedure(s)/appointments, and was also a pleasant person to interact with. The Lodi Dentist is a hidden treasure in Lodi... or perhaps it's just me that didn't know about such an amazing place. Thank you for the great experience; I never thought I would ever write such a review about a dentist's office.

So happy I found The Lodi Dentist! The staff is GREAT. I spend most of my time there with Tonya and Dr. Khan! I recommend them to anyone who is nervous to go to the dentist because they make you feel like you’re family and make the process pain free!

All staff are very friendly, easy to make appointments, the lady in charge of the insurance/billing is so knowledgeable. Glad to have chosen your practice.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Kalapsa and the rest of the amazing staff at The Lodi Dentist. I have been living with significant dental issues and struggling with the fear of the procedures necessary to remedy them. Susan was so kind and understanding when I called, and I just knew this experience was going to be different. And I was right! I am so happy with the quality of care I have received at The Lodi Dentist office. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Neal for roughly 5 years. I have had all kinds of dental procedures from crowns to fillings and regular dental cleanings. all the staff in his office are very Pleasant and knowledgeable, and very eager to answer your questions or concerns. they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed when you are in the dentist chair, in my opinion the best dentist in Lodi.
