My family switched dentists because our youngest son refused to open his mouth for other dentists. When we went to Dr Jordan he and his staff were so patient and kind that my son was willing to open his month and let them work on his teeth. It has been a great fit for my family. I recommended them to my parents and they were happy to switch too. Dr Jordan never prescribes unnecessary dental work and gives you options so you feel involved in the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone; especially those with young kids or our fearful of dentists.

The Lone Oak Dental team is kind, efficient and provides excellent patient-centric care. When I recently had a cavity the dentist team that serviced me were a relaxed and seasoned team. The procedure took only 30 minutes and they communicated well with me and checked in with how I was doing during the process just enough so I could tell they really cared. The asst touched my arm lightly when I got a painkiller which was perfectly time assurance and momentary distraction. The office gals are friendly and accommodating in every way. They have great magazines in the waiting room but you don’t have to wait long at all. The parking is convenient. You will be very satisfied in their care.

Lone Oak Dental's staff is super friendly and understanding! They were able to get me seen in a very reasonable time especially since I was in a lot of pain. They were able to find the problem right away and work on a treatment that was right for me! Would recommend highly recommend them!

I recently had a tooth crack and knew I was going to need some extensive work done. I have always had high anxiety about going to the dentist.I called Lone Oak Dental and they were very quick to get me in. The gals up front were exceptionally helpful and very kind. Once I got back to my appointment the staff put my mind at ease explaining what steps had to be taken. Hands down best dental experience I have ever had. Would without a doubt recommend Dr Jordan and his staff to anyone who may have had a bad experience in the past!! They will forever change your outlook on going to the dentist!!

I have not felt comfortable in a dentist's office for as long as I can remember. You really need to feel a certain level of trust when you are allowing someone to dig around in your mouth! Well, I broke a tooth and now I was going to HAVE to put my trust in someone so...I called around to see who could get me in as soon as possible and LONE OAK came to my rescue!! I was able to do all my registering, history, and briefing on what to expect online, prior to my appointment, which saved me time on the day of my visit. Then the day had come. I waited in the well-appointed waiting area...of course I was pacing...and moments later Joan came in and introduced herself. She sat down with me and explained everything they were going to do. She was always making sure I felt comfortable, checking to see if there was anything I needed, and going at MY pace. She was extremely patient as I explained concerns I had from the past AND as I told a few lame jokes!! Then the LONE OAK himself arrived, we formulated a game plan and moved forward, again at MY pace, with the procedure. Bradley Jordan, DDS was very kind, very efficient, very patient and I felt very safe and secure throughout the entire process. I felt so good about my experience that I booked a regular appointment!! The team has won me over!! Dr. Jordan followed up later that evening to make sure I was doing well, which further increased my confidence and comfort with the choice I had made. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and had much anxiety going up to my appointment with Dr Jordan. After getting there I was immediately put to ease. I ended up having to have considerable work done and the process was smooth and pain free. They always told me what they were doing and asking if I was okay or needing a break. Dr Jordan and all the staff are nonjudgmental and very kind and I highly recommend them.

My experience at Lone Oak dental has always been great. As someone who has always been nervous when going to the dentist, the staff here always makes sure I feel as ease. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Bradley is no exception. When I had a tooth extract, Dr. Bradley called me from his personal cell phone to make sure everything was healing correctly and no issues had arise. My five year old LOVES going to the dentist. As a parent, it makes me happy to know he has a great relationship with them.

Over the past years I have had a very unpleasant experiences with dentist. Lone Oak dental was referred to me by a friend and I am so glad that I went. I told them of my previous experiences they put me at ease and explain to me what all had to be done. The staff and Dr. Jordan were very patient with me and they explained every step of the way what was going to be done. I recommend Lone Oak dental to everyone.

Had a tooth pulled recently and the staff was amazing I didn’t feel and pain at all during the whole procedure. The staff was very nice and professional and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be going back for any procedures I need

I found Loan Oak Dental based on my insurance and have been very happy with my experience there. I was recommended what I should get done instead of getting told I needed to have it done. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, even though they had grown in and weren't bothering me, but I had cavities in 3 out of 4 of them. They explained to me what they would be doing during the procedure before getting started. I was also given a care sheet and was able to ask questions before. Dr. Jordan asked me with each needle poke for the numbing and with each tooth removal if I was okay. In the evening Dr. Jordan called to make sure everything was going fine. I haven't had any issues after the procedures and I didn't really have any pain or swelling and brushing, however, I know this will and can be different from person to person. Overall, I think the staff is great and even though I was nervous to get my teeth out they were able to make me feel comfortable at their office.

Lone Oak Dental is a great place with friendly staff who know what they are doing! We recently switched to Lone Oak Dental from another dental office in Brookings and we are so happy we did. My husband was having some pain in his mouth and when we went to our old dental office they told him nothing was wrong. Upon hearing this we decided that we needed a second opinion. We went to Lone Oak Dental and they found the problem immediately and fixed it right away. Since then we have had our cleaning done and some cavities filled and enjoyed each experience with the great friendly staff and no pain. We definitely recommend Lone Oak Dental for all your dental needs and we will continue coming back.

Wonderful staff from the waiting room to the dentist office to check-out. I have never in my 63 years stated that I have had a good experience at the dentist. In the past I avoided the dentist at all cost. Dr. Jordan & staff show warmth, courtesy and caring to all. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to a dentist so I just don't go until I have problems. You can request nitrous gas even for teeth cleanings which I do since I have dry mouth issues. Just state your concerns when you call for an appointment and they will take great care of you.

Loan Oak Dental is a great place to go for your dental care. I can count on them to be clear and honest about what is necessary without recommending unnecessary work. I am always greeted with a friendly smile from all the staff. They are very aware of the patients comfort level and adjust for each individual. If it is possible to enjoy going to the dentist, this is the place to go. I look forward to seeing them. I have had quite a bit of dental work over the years and I don’t want to go anywhere else. Great staff - great work!

You feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Greeted by smiles, and the Christian atmosphere is a blessing to me. The assistants work so well with Dr.Brad that I almost forget they're working on my teeth as I concentrate on how committed they are to great care and working as a team. I am new to town and was referred to Loan Oak Dental by my daughter. Dr. Jordan and staff were welcoming, efficient in their work and knowledgeable. They shared their knowledge with me. It was also the most painless numbing shot experience I have ever had. I am very satisfied with the work I had done and would recommend Loan Oak Dental to others.

This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was so kind and caring from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist. My comfort and care was clearly foremost in their treatment of me. I have never had such concern for my comfort at a dental clinic before. I have avoided regular dental care in the past because my dentist was not concerned about my anxiety or comfort. I am definitely planning a switch to Lone Oak Dental for all of my dental needs. I had a wonderful experience with Lone Oak. I have a LOT of anxiety about having my teeth worked on and the staff made me so comfortable. My previous dentist retired and I needed to find a new dentist. I knew I needed a crown but was very fearful of trying someone new. Dr. Jordan and his staff did an AMAZING job helping me to relax. I was especially impressed when Dr Jordan called to check on me after the procedure and gave me his cell phone number in case I needed anything. I couldn't be happier with my new dentist and would recommend Lone Oak with no hesitation.
