Longleaf Dentistry was excellent. The office is nice and staff is just great. I don't see how anyone could have a negative comment about the Quality or Care or anything else with this office and staff. Very satisfied with the doctor. With the care at this office you don't dread having to go to the dentist.

They are so professional. Dr Thomas so nice. The office is so awesome. While you are in chair get to watch tv in front and on the ceiling. If you get cap it is done in one day. I dont have dental insurance. But they really try to work different plans. They always make you feel welcome.

I have had several experiences with Longleaf Dentistry recently and I'm so happy with the quality of care! I have had issues and they have not hesitated to see me quickly. They have all made it known that they care about their work and care about their patients! I have now met both Dr. Nina and Dr. Tim - they are both simply awesome - as are all members of the staff! Highest recommendation!!

I really love how elegant and interesting the office is decorated. I always feel like I'm about to go to a nice restaurant for lunch. The TVs in the treatment rooms make the procedures go by so quickly it's almost hard to remember to pay attention to what you're supposed to be doing! I am bringing the rest of my family to this practice, and highly recommend it to others as well.

I have a long history of dental issues and going to the dentist has always been a source of anxiety for me. I've left many a dentist's office in tears, either due to pain or because of the financial and emotional stress of my oral health. However, my experience at Longleaf has been so positive. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and I always have a thorough understanding of my financial responsibility prior to scheduling a procedure. The technology utilized here is state-of-the-art,and Dr. Nina is clearly driven by maximizing patient outcomes.

My experience with the staff and Nina was above all expectations! The office environment was clean, modern and nothing like a sterile setting. The procedure room was clean,relaxing and had two televisions. One on the ceiling to watch while they work on your teeth. The assistant hands you protective eye glasses to lessen the bright light. After your dental work, the staff gives you a warm moist lavender towel to place on your numb face. VERY COMFORTING! I highly recommend Longleaf Dentistry. Dr. Nina Thomas is caring and listens to her patients.

I have been looking for a friendly dental office that didn't hassle me about all the optional treatments...I have finally found them! They were quick to get me an appointment and even managed to treat me earlier when I arrived an hour early. I enjoyed the TV on the ceiling and HGTV to keep me entertained during my cleaning, which was painless. I am a terrible flosser and they encouraged me to try to floss every day but they didn't make me feel like an idiot for not flossing. Everyone I met here was nice and greeted me kindly - from the desk people, to my hygienist, to the x-ray tech, to the dentist himself. This is the most relaxing and engaging dental office I have ever been to - and I am old enough to have visited quite a few. I will definitely be returning here and would recommend them to anyone.

This is a nice dentist office. They are conveniently located in the Harris Teater shopping center. The office and staff are warm and inviting. And they are able to schedule appointments at convenient times. I and my family (2 adults, 2 teens) are all happy there.

I had to change dentists for insurance purposes about a year ago and, after much research, I went to see Dr. Thomas. The care is second to none and I was comfortable from the first moment. I get pretty nervous, as many people do, but the entire staff went out of their way to put me at ease and to be so very kind. I recently had quite a bit of work done and it went extremely well. I was there for over 5 hours and had minimal soreness and no pain whatsoever afterwards. I recommend Longleaf to anyone and I am so thankful to have found them!

I recently went to LongLeaf Dentistry and had a wonderful experience! The office is clean, the staff are very friendly and efficient. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle with my teeth cleaning. She also did a fantastic job explaining everything. Dr. Thomas was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Thomas and her staff are amazing. I can’t say enough about my experience there and I am usually very uncomfortable when I go to the dentist. I feel very fortunate to have found them and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my dental needs! Fantastic!

Dr. Thomas and her excellent staff took wonderful care of me during my procedure. I was very impressed with the up to date technology. This was the first time I received a permanent crown on the actual day of my visit......no temporary crown or return visit! There is such a pleasant atmosphere in this beautifuly decorated office. I loved watching HGTV during my appointment. The warm lavender scented towel is a plus at the end of procedure. Also, my appointment was rescheduled to get me in before a winter storm hit. Financing is easy if you do not have dental insurance. I am a happy patient after losing a big filling and part of my tooth. Thanks to Dr Thomas!

When a cap came off, upon my phone call Longleaf arranged to see me immediately. Examination revealed a much more extensive and time-consuming problem than simply cementing the cap back on, a problem which nonetheless was fully addressed during my appointment that day. I was highly satisfied with this very quick, same-day service and the completely successful outcome.

I went to appointment fearful and came away confident. I have never been this excited about a dental appointment. I was well cared for and everything was explained in terms I could understand. Everyone was so kind and caring. It was by far in my 74 years the BEST experience at a dentist office. Thank you to an AWESOME staff and dentist. I will never be fearful again to see this dentist. I can't say thank you enough. You are great!

I recently had major dental work done in an extended appointment time. (due to negligence and impending loss of insurance coverage) I was very impressed with my care and the results.

I had not been to the dentist in several years. Dr. Thomas and her staff did not judge me and made me feel relaxed. I needed a second appointment and once again everything went smoothly. Dr Thomas even checked in with me that evening to make sure I was doing okay. Dr Thomas and her staff are special people.

I have found Dr. Thomas to be an outstanding dentist. She is very personable and cares about you in a way others that I have seen did not. She tells you what she is going to do and explains well the process. She does great work and you can expect that she will get it done while you are there. She had my crown made while I was there and I did not have to wait until another day, as I had before at other dentist.

So far this has been my best experience ever as patient of dentist. Every single person of the entire office es very friendly. The location is very convenient for me since I live from a walking distance of the office and the best of all is that my recent cleaning process was the best I ever get in my life, it was painless. I'm 46 yrs old person and is my first time in my life that I have this kind of pailess service from a dentist.

I really liked their office. It was my first time, so I didn't know what to expect. Once you are in the office, it feels like you might be in a small cute town, completely cut off from teh strip mall you are actually in. Everyone was very courteous, effective and informative. I really liked that they had a TV up on the ceiling so you can continue watching while getting treated. It was almost like chilling out at home instead of being at the dentist.

Dr. Thomas and everyone in Longleaf Dentistry team are VERY professional and caring. I always feel they act in my best interest and genuinely willing to make it as wonderful as possible. They have great equipment! Super impressive with fast root canal treatments and crowns done to a perfect fit within 3 hours. They are great with kids.
