After having the same dentist for 45 years ,I am so happy to have found Dr. Deluca . Her whole team is fantastic ,from reception to her hygienist . You feel welcome , and they ensure that you feel comfortable and supported . Dr. Deluca spends time explaining options and answering questions . The decor in the office also helps you relax . A good experience and I would highly recommend this team of professionals !

My first contact with Lotus Family Dentistry was at the grand opening of their office, which is near my home. I was impressed by Dr. Deluca's positive down-to-earth attitude, and that of her staff. I was also impressed that she is extremely knowledgeable, having been a nurse before she became a dentist. When my previous dentist retired, I became a patient, and have found that my first impressions were correct. The two staff people with whom I have contact are Mandy and Shawnda. I always appreciate their patient-centered attitude, which, along with Dr. Deluca's thorough and competent explanation of options, has allowed me to be part of the treatment process. This feeling of participation has allowed me to feel confident and at ease. The key to most service related business is setting and meeting expectations, and I find that this team is successful in not only negotiating realistic expectations, but also providing outcomes that exceed those expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team to anyone who is looking for an outstanding provider of dental services.

Dr. Deluca was great! After examination, she gave me answers to all my questions about which treatment options can be chosen in my situation. Subsequently Dr. DeLuca removed my tooth which had been destroyed under an old crown, and then added bone chips to the hole in order to prepare the gum for implant placement in the future. She is very attentive and does amazing professional work and makes me feel comfortable all the time. During this procedure, I did not feel pain at all. My next visit, she magically restored one of my front teeth, which was broken off and looked quite ugly and evened the other one off so my front teeth now look beautiful. I am also grateful for the work of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. Dr. Deluca and her staff are very friendly, gentle and thorough. They really care about their patients to ensure a pleasant professional visit. They also send text messages with appointment notifications with the option to confirm or cancel and receive an immediate call back to reschedule. So easy and efficient! Excellent service by professionals who truly care about their patients.

Dr. Laura, Shawna and Mandie always make my trip to the dentist a good experience. Dr. Laura is an excellent dentist with Shawna and her both caring about your comfort whilst working on your teeth. The decor is calming, pleasant and clean. Time is taken to explain your dental needs, optional costs and reminders of your appointments. Thank you for the laughs and helping me to keep my beautiful smile!

My experience with Lotus Family Dental was extremely positive from the beginning. I emailed the office and the same day I received a response from Mandie (the office admin) with several dates and times that were available within the week. As well, these times were in the later evening so it was much more convenient as I work during the day. I hadn't been to the dentist in many years and was very nervous about going for a few reasons. The two main reasons were, any problems I may have with my teeth and feeling uncomfortable because I had not been in so many years. However, from the moment I stepped inside the entire staff was so kind and welcoming (starting from the office staff, dental hygienists and Dr. Laura DeLuca). They hygienist made me feel at ease and walked me through each procedure she was going to be doing, and always asking me if I was comfortable or if I needed a break to let her know. I was most pleased with their attention to details. They took many pictures of each angle of my teeth and mouth, elaborate x-rays, an apparatus to detect signs of cancer that may be developing in my mouth, etc. Dr. DeLuca was so kind and respectful and made me feel at ease and comfortable. She took time to explain everything to me in depth and provided me with many options. After my appointment I was sent an email to ensure everything was okay. I would absolutely recommend Lotus Family Dental to anyone of any age.

I experienced a 5* quality of care, great chairside manner in a comfortable setting. They always remind me of my upcoming appointments via text which is convenient for me. Great follow-up care after extensive procedures. Glad I switched to this dentist, I have all my family members switching here now.

I am very pleased to have Dr. Laura Deluca , as my dentist. The staff is so friendly and very caring. I am so impressed , by the knowledge and care, I recieved with my wisdom tooth extraction several weeks ago. . Dr Laura expertise was perfect. I must admit I was somewhat nervous, but Dr. Laura she made me very at ease. The surgery was painless , due to the very up to date equipment . I have never, had a dentist phone me at home in the evening, wondering with concern ,if , l was experiencing any problems. She gave me her cell number, if I suffered any issues over nite. I am so happy with Dr. Laura and her staff , my husband has decided to leave our previous dentist , after 38 years. I know , we have made the right choice and looking forward to be new patients in an easy access location and parking is very easy . I am very very satisfied and give her 5 STARS. I highly recommend Dr. Laura .
