I found the stay to be extremely comfortable. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was stellar. Also, the breakfast selection was wide and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for friends and family coming in from out of town or for the conference rooms.

I had a wonderful experience at Magnuson hotel. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. There are restaurants close by that are walking distance. Overall I was very pleased.

We had a wonderful experience at your hotel! The rooms were clean and well-kept, the conference/event rooms were spacious and accommodating, and the staff members were very friendly and hospitable. The kids area was a wonderful touch, with games and activities to keep the little ones entertained while the adults visited. We definitely would stay at the Magnuson again and will recommend it to anyone staying in the Tyler area. Thank you for everything!

Excellent quality of service from every department at the hotel. A big thank you to Mike Nasser for all the hard work and hospitality he presented. Above and beyond! The location of the hotel was a big plus as well.

It was the perfect place for a family reunion. Th accommodation were super.It was pouring rain outside,but there were enough places inside for adults and kids to play and visit. Most of all the friendly owner and his wife were so caring and helpful with their smiling faces,to see that every body was happy. The manager had a lot to do with his service. we could not have done this without his help. We would recommend Magnuson hotel to any body for a large or small get together.It is the best.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. the staff were extremely kind, and went over and beyond to assist me! It is so convenient to many restaurants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Overall, a very enjoyable experience! Met Mike upon arrival to request a refrigerator for my room and he provided a new one the next morning! The rooms were nice and the breakfasts were great. A microwave and refrigerator are expected today in rooms and should be provided. It would also be nice to provide access to workout facilities (all of my bridge team workout daily). See you again in April 2017 if not before. But this time, my many thanks to Mike for making my stay a great one!!

I was extremely satisfied with the location, service and value. I am excited to work with Magnuson in october '16 for our seminar. The staff here is professional and personable. The facility and grounds are inviting. The room was very clean which is always a good first impression. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the tyler tx area.

We were so excited to have such wonderful staff at our beck and call! I expected Mike to get tired of my petty requests, however instead he was so warm, kind, caring and eager to please! I tend to be high maintenance! LOL! My husband had an immediate bond with Mike, as did I! We want to come back just to visit with Mike! Ha! Seriously, we had the best reunion ever and hope all will be at the Magnuson! Awesome! Thank you!

Loved my stay. I was here for two weeks. The room service was excellent and the staff was amazing. The location was great. Plenty of things to do around there. I would definitely recommend staying here for any amount of time. Whenever I'm back in the area this is where I'll be staying.

Everything is fine except the plumbing needs to besnaked out. I mean the water drains too slow.

When we checked in Friday evening, we were greeted with a very kind lady working the desk. She was so friendly and helpful. Helped us find a restaurant for dinner. But I have to say the best thing about your entire hotel was the manager. He went above and beyond the evening before to help us find ice and even gave us directions. He opened breakfast early for us and gave us encouraging words about triathlons...since his son is an athlete. I was so impressed with his kindness and how he ran the hotel. Thank you for a great experience
