Great quality of care at Manson Dentistry. Dr. Manson makes sure I’m as comfortable as I can possibly be - given that I am a chicken and have low pain tolerance. The location and ease of getting in and out are convenient. The staff is clear, friendly and explains every process well. The billing staff is knowledgeable and available to explain what my expenses will be. The whole office seems very clean and in good condition. The equipment seems up-to-date with current technology. I’ve had no problems getting in when I’ve had anything that needs more immediate attention. I’ve often received follow-up phone calls later in the day from Dr. Manson after procedures.

Excellent service. I felt like I was in the best of hands throughout the procedure of having the crown designed and then placed. Both appointments were quick, easy and painless with just slight pressure at times, but even that was minimal. I definitely recommend Dr. Theron’s office for their efficiency and excellent product.

Dr. Theron and his team are true professionals. They always make me feel comfortable and cared for, from the front desk through teeth cleaning and to the drastic crown. Dr Theron took over when my previous dentist Dr Soine retired. I saw Dr Soine for over 30 years. He made a good choice in Dr Theron to take care of his patients with the same trusted care.

My family and I were long-time patients of Dr. Tom Nelson, highly skilled, extremely personable and friendly and widely respected by generations of Kirkland patients. As he retired and turned over his practice to a new dentist, he made clear in a letter to all of his patients that his primary concern in leaving his practice was to ensure that his patients were left in good hands and not feel a need to look elsewhere to find the same level of care that he had provided. His letter introduced everyone to Dr. Theron Manson as his chosen successor and conferred his complete confidence that all of his patients would indeed be left in good hands with Dr. Manson. I don’t think you’d find anyone who would have doubted Dr. Nelson’s word, and in fact in the few short years since Dr. Manson has assumed his practice, he has more than confirmed Dr. Nelson’s pledge. Dr. Manson has demonstrated all of the qualities all will seek in a dentist: extremely knowledgeable and skilled which inspires confidence and trust in patients, combined with an easy-going, calm, neighborly manner, which puts patients immediately at ease in a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Manson is one of the very few health professionals, in my experience, who will personally follow up by phone with a patient after a major procedure to check on your condition later in the day. If, as in my case, you occasionally get less than good news during a checkup, the confidence in Dr. Manson’s assessment and plan for remedy has already been established, leaving you relaxed and prepared to get it fixed and made right. We’re all still grateful for Dr. Nelson’s years of expert, caring service, and he capped it all by selecting Dr. Manson to carry on that care, which has continued uninterrupted at that same high level, to the great benefit of all new patients as well as those of us still here from before. I would have nothing but the highest recommendation for Dr. Manson to anyone seeking the very best in dental care.

I’ve never been fond of visiting the dentist which proably stems from some of the uncomfortable and poor quality dental care that I received at an early age and off and on through adulthood. When my. dentist retired, my wife urged me to see Dr. Mason. Fortunately he could accept a new patient and for me this was the beginning of a great relationship with Dr. Manson and his incredible staff. Every person seems dedicated to making certain that one is comfortable and pain free as is possible. They are constantly checking on your comfort level and will do what is necessary to alleviate discomfort. I am also impressed with the thoroughness of the examinations and diagnosis of any issues. In my case there a couple of issues that the hygenist’s keen eye observed and they were quickly dealt with before further damage could occur. I’m thankful that my wife convinced me to obtain my dental care with Dr. Manson and his great staff. If you are looking for top notch, friendly and professional dental care give Dr. Manson a try.

Please note that very rarely do I experience a connection I feel strongly enough about that I consent to declare it in print. BUT,meeting Christina this morning,and experiencing the level and sincerity of care she gives to her patients was a refreshing addition to my day. Her attitude of genuine interest in my understanding what was going to take place now and in the future added to my appreciation of being educated along with being heard. She sensed when I was uncomfortable with being rushed to make a decision that to me needed to be thought about in greater detail, and quickly yet casually offered a simple solution, thus saving "face" for all concerned. I was given back control of my care, and yet the procedure originally suggested was heard and accepted. Having been on this earth for 76 years, not only visiting, but also working in a dental care office at one time, I have experienced all levels of care. Like most people, I do not enjoy going to the dentist but everyone at Dr. Manson's office if friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have always had great care regardless of the procedure being done. I would highly recommend Dr. Manson's office to anyone looking for a dentist.

My family has been going to Theron Manson's office for several years after the retirement of our previous dentist. The staff is courteous and always greets us at our entry. Appointments are on time and we are never left waiting for long periods. Dr Manson and the entire team are professional, attend to detail, and check to see how you are doing frequently during process of caring for your teeth. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this office to others who are looking for a dentist in the Kirkland/Kenmore/Bothell area.

Facing the need for a crown can leave a patient uncomfortable, but Dr. Theron Manson and his staff made the entire experience memorably good. He was very thorough in his preparation and efficiently quick too! I appreciate his personal touch in calling me late in the afternoon to make sure I was doing well after the procedure - nice touch!

Dr. Manson took over the practice of my previous dentist when he retired, and I have been very pleased with the transition. Having decades of experience with dentists, some of it quite negative, I feel very blessed to have ended up in the care of both Drs. Manson. They are highly professional, personable, explain clearly the reasons for care they recommend, and do excellent work. I have been so pleased that when I recently moved into Seattle, I chose to continue making the drive to Kirkland to remain in their care. Highly recommend this practice!

I visited Dr. Theron Manson on 8/19 to have a temporary crown and then on 8/31 for the permanent crown. During both visits I had excellent service from the minute I walked through the door to the end of my appointments. Lan, Dr. Manson's dental assistant was so thoughtful and careful during both appointments. I was really put at ease during both appointments and appreciate this very much.

I recently received the Bioclear treatment on my two cracked front teeth. My needs were well taken care of and questions were welcomed and fully answered. Great care was taken in matching color and shape, and my opinions and approvals were sought to ensure my satisfaction. I was able to avoid dealing with broken front teeth in the future and am happy with the results. I would highly recommend this procedure with Manson Dentistry.

I've always appreciated the dental care that I have received at Dr. Manson's office. Over the past 50yrs, I've had a very challenging dental restorative care. This past year has been even more difficult. I'm glad to have finally finished getting the implant crowns in under Dr Theron Manson' care which went very well. We were with Dr.Soine for decades and stuck with the transition to give Dr.Manson a chance and we are so glad we did! The entire staff,including Mrs.Manson,who is also a dentist,are always very welcoming,professional and positive. This team is very caring AND honest. I recently had extensive dental work, replacing very old bridges with some cosmetic changes on which Dr. Manson did a wonderful job.Joanna worked hard explaining our insurance plan more than once to me so I could make a good decision. The teamwork at this place is impeccable. The encouragement they gave me regarding my new smile was overwhelming. Wish I was trained in dentistry as I would love to work there!

I do not know where to begin at Dr Theron and Dr Connie office. You walk in to there office you are greeted by your name and It is warm and friendly.You hardly get to sit done because an assistant comes to get you. I have gone into their office from everything from a filing, chipped tooth and cleanings and everyone is so professional, caring, always checking to make sure you are okay through the procedure. It is hard to mention names but each employee does an awesome job. I would recommend Doctor Theron and Doctor Connie.

My experience with Dr. Manson has consistently good. He has an ability to work with his patients and nurses that is amazing. I am constantly reminded of the team work he has attained that is really quite wonderful I am always happy with his work. In fact I rather enjoy being his patient Its quite an experience to listen to Mozart while being carefully treated.

OMG! Who actually enjoys going to the dentist? I DO! This is a great staff ensemble. They are so gentile I have fallen asleep getting my teeth cleaned. They are on time and efficient. Best of all, I feel at home, as though I am visiting with friends instead of visiting “the dentist”. The combined office (Mr. and Mrs. Dentist) is fantastic. Not only are they wonderful dentists, but they really know how to hire quality staff. I have recommended them to my closest friends.
