This is my 2nd CPR/AED renewal with the American Heart Association. This last class was excellent. A.J., our instructor was fun, a skilled presenter with a fun sense of humor, as well as being professional and efficient. A pleasure.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of opportunities to practice. The class size was small and the location was convenient. I loved it that we received our cards after completion of the class.

I thought the instructor was very knowledgeable and had great anecdotes. If we had any questions he took the time to answer all of them. I will be back to renew my BLS with your organization.

Excellent class. Covered well with lecture and reinforced with hands on practice. Review of new CPR updates a real plus.

This was a great class. One of the best CPR/First Aid classes I've attended. The teacher was knowledgeable on the subject and enthusiastic, and clearly an experienced teacher. The format of the class mixed lecture with practice, and this allowed you to stay mentally engaged for the duration. I feel I walked out of the class better prepared for an actual emergency than any of the ones I have taken prior (I need to take it every two years for work, so I've had a few). I would prefer a venue with a little more room, and a place to get to go food nearby - but the instructor was thoughtful enough to provide water and snacks.

Great class, I learned a lot, but I wish that some backup printed material for review had been sent home with me.

I am a nurse in SF and usually go into the City for CPR recert. It was so nice to have a class right here in Novato. The instructor ran the class so efficiently. No reading before the class!!! The instructor "taught" the changes to the curriculum. I received my CPR card the day of class. Excellent!

The best part about this class is that it is 90% Hands-On
training, which is a great way to learn or review CPR and
how/when to use an AED. The instructor was very
informative and made sure everyone left the class confident
and competent in performing CPR.
