Excellent! What more need I say? For the last 14years I have suffered from insomnia because of chronic nerve pain. I have tried painkillers, sleeping tablets, herbal remedies, aromatherapy, acupuncture and even paid through the nose for sessions with a local hypnotherapist. The result? Nothing! No change! No sleep! Then I discovered Mark Bowden. Now, I'm delighted to say that my "sleep pattern" is slowly improving. I simply cannot believe my good luck. Moreover, it's so SIMPLE and INEXPENSIVE, yet IT WORKS. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself and you'll soon be convinced. Then there's the icing on the cake - their CUSTOMER SERVICE is second to none. In my case, they have bent over backwards to do whatever they could to help me with some slight problems I had - being a technophobe does have its drawbacks! I honestly cannot give Mark and his team enough praise. My life is gradually changing, for the better, because of Mark Bowden. THANK YOU!

This was the second hypnotherapy CD I have purchased from Mark. The service before and after purchase was excellent. I have played the anxiety CD and I think it will be very successful. It has sent me to sleep a few times, as Mark's voice is so soothing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this CD.

I was given the panic and anxiety hypno CD by my partner. Having never suffered with anxiety until very recently I tried everything. This CD however was brilliant. It has helped me regain a better sleep pattern and also stopped the problems I had falling asleep due to an overactive mind. I have a copy of the daytime and night time recording on my phone and tablet. It has made a huge difference. I would recommend to anyone who has anxiety problems. As a healthcare professional I have recommended this CD to some of my clients.

I bought this for my anxiety and panic attack problems and it is so helpful. The CD relaxes you gently and changes the way you think in order to reduce or stop anxiety and panic attacks. I recommend Mark Bowden's hypnotherapy sessions because I feel he has helped me hugely in overcoming my anxiety.

I purchased the stop smoking hypnosis mp3 and I must say I have never been able to relax so deeply before. Mark has a lovely voice and is so good at what he does. I would definitely recommend his recordings

I have several of Mark Bowden's CD's and I have found them to be very effective and well worth the price. As someone who has paid £60 an hour to see a hypnotherapist weekly, I can honestly say these CD's are just as good as being in the same room as a hypnotherapist.

I bought this for my girlfriend after buying a previous hypnosis product from Mark that went down very well, so much so in fact that she listens to every night before she goes to sleep. She finds it extremely relaxing and his calm tone sends her off to sleep each night. She claims she has not managed to stay awake until the end once yet! Unfortunately she has not quite overcome her fear of driving, despite virtually being brainwashed 40 times or so! She really loves listening to it as a sleep aid though, so not all is lost. With this anxiety CD, you get sent through an mp3 version of the product by email after you have bought it by utilising a code through Mark Bowden’s personal website. There is also a PDF that explains how to get the best out of your hypnosis sessions. You learn on this CD how to get to the root of your anxiety, and by tackling this you can begin to eliminate the underlying worries. You learn where the panic attacks emanate from. Mark has the perfect voice for hypnosis. I suppose it is gradually developed over the years. He talks over a ‘lift music’ piano that sometimes crescendos into a noisier affair. We are jointly using this CD as my girlfriend has issues with fitting in with ideals in life. She feels like she must have a baby by a certain age (good luck with that, love!), must be promoted, must get married, must buy a house etc. All of this is putting her under immense pressure so she often overanalyses and panics. It is mostly irrational but there is nothing she can do about it. Similarly I sometimes have panics about travelling. Particularly flying to another country and adjusting to a different place, different people but mainly the whole panicking about actually getting there without having a panic attack. So jointly we hope this CD is the answer to us tackling our issues. I am travelling abroad in a couple of weeks so I hope this will prepare me well for it. There are two options on the CD which are identical apart from the endings. There is a day time option which is more upbeat as it contains powerful hypnotic and post hypnotic suggestions to make you awake from the trance energised. The night time version conversely is much more relaxed and designed for bedtime. It assists in getting you to sleep like a cup of cocoa or (you can finish that sentence yourself!). It prepares you for a deep and blissful night sleep. You have the next few hours while you sleep to absorb the suggestions in the recordings. He suggests you listen to this over and over again. He suggests listening using earphones to fully absorb all the suggestions. I feel this will become more effective the more you listen to it and the more the messages are reinforced. I think this is a boundless step in restarting your life and getting over the fears that have crippled you.

I'm very impressed with the self esteem hypnosis I purchased a couple of weeks ago. Since using the hypnosis, I feel calmer, more at ease with myself and I've started making more of an effort to look good. I think some of my anxiety was related to my self esteem and I have noticed that I've experienced less panic attacks since I started listening to the audio. I can't wait to try the confidence hypnosis next!

Without doubt the best Relaxation Hypnotherapy programmes I have used after many years of searching. The results are second to none and far exceed those from other producers.

Help at the time I most needed it. The improvement was noticible after my first hypnotic sassion. Real value for money and I suggest anyone with anxiety should contact Mark Bowden ASAP!

I was somewhat skeptical at first, but by the fourth or fifth day I was sleeping better and felt more in control of my anxiety and panic. The "Overcome Anxiety and Panic" is a winner!

I actually bought this for my mother who was having a bad time with anxiety. Unfortunately she ended up on antidepressants but I will keep the CD in my collection as I love listening to hypnosis cd's and find them helpful.

I love all your CDs, except for the one on Depression (which didn't work for me). My favorite is "Beat Anxiety" which has helped tremendously with my chronic anxiety. Thanks for these wonderful hypnotherapy CDs.
