Jerry was awesome. He took his time with us and carefully laid out our options. He explained very clearly the different models and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. It is good to know we have the assurance that if we are not happy with our mattress within the first year, we can bring it back and choose a different model. Excellent experience. We purchased a new bedroom set and needed a new mattress. It had been several years since we purchased a mattress and really did not know what we wanted, what was available or what the new technology could mean to us. The Mattress Direct rep was fantastic about evaluating our needs, explaining they type of beds and the technology and we feel that he made the correct recommendations to us. Our rep was very knowledgeable and we ended up purchasing a bed that day. We were planning to visit 3 locations, Mattress Direct was the 1st and only stop.

Excellent experience! Ray was extremely knowledgable and helpful, pleasant and professional. We appreciated the fact that we didn't feel pressured to buy. We left and compared prices and products at other stores nearby, but came back the next day because Mattress Direct had the best deal for what we wanted.

After doing some research and shopping, I visited a few stores. Most of the prices seemed high and some other store's employees seemed to have general knowledge of theor product. I heard that I could get a great price at Mattress Direct. I shopped at a competitors location and was dissatisfied in many ways. As I arrived at Mattress Direct, I was greeted professional, given ample information about the products which fit my needs, and all questions were answered to help the decision to purshase from Mattress Direct. this was a great experience, thank you!

As soon as I walked into the store I felt as if my needs were what was important and that there was no pressure to buy. I was asked pertinent questions that allowed Dave to direct me to try various mattresses and decide for myself what I liked and didn't like. The mattress that I liked the best on this visit wasn't on a moveable frame so I decided to think about it with the promise that when I returned he'd move it so I could try the mattress on the frame I might purchase and see for myself. I wound up going to a different Mattress Direct store a week later due to my schedule and was assisted by Ray Martin who moved not only the one I'd thought I might buy but another mattress he thought I might like onto moveable platforms. I wound up buying a more expensive mattress than I'd originally planned as well as the moveable frame and felt extremely confident in my choice. Ray was patient and there was no pressure at all. The delivery went without a hitch and I am very pleased with the entire experience. Very knowledgeable and laid back salesmen and Great Customer Service!
