They made me feel comfortable,explain everything to me before they did anything, friendliness, I just saw a quality of care that I have not had before it's been my best experience that I have had at any dentist

This was my first visit to Mayatte. It is a first class operation. I was well cared for, Heather made me feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated. The entire staff is professional and friendly. This is my new dentist :)

Wonderful experience! I haven't been to the dentist in a number of years and was a bit reluctant. I felt at ease the moment I walked in and heard K-Love throughout the building. I was quickly ushered in and Amanda patiently and thoroughly explained what was about to happen. She expertly performed all the required x-rays and then sequenced them, explaining their significance. Dr. U. then warmly introduced himself, performed a brief examination and reinforced the treatment plan. I was about ready to leave when Amanda asked if I would like a cleaning performed. Thinking I would have to come back for this, her suggestion was a pleasant surprise. Thanks again for a great experience.

I broke a tooth over the weekend. A friend told me that Mayatte Dentistry would take very good care of me. I called and they set up an appt. They called back and asked if I could come in earlier. So I went in. Didn't wait long and they got right to work. ALL the Ladies were Great, Fun, and Nice. The made sure I was not in pain and was even able to get a cleaning as well. GREAT office and even Greater Caring Staff.

I went to Mayette and seen Dr.Burke after having been to multiple dentist and not being anywhere near satisfied with my visits. I've always been pretty nervous about going to the dentist . Dr.Burke and her hygienist Kristina were extremely friendly , professional and gentle during the exam. They made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. They even remembered my husband from a previous visit which was so nice to have the experience not feel so clinical. We have finally found our permanent dentist and I couldn't be happier! Thank you all so much!

I cold-called Mayatte Family Dentistry two weeks ago with a chronic oral infection. They saw me the next day, took a look at my dental situation which had been neglected for a decade or more due to lack of finances, and began working with me. Since then I have had two root canals, a thorough cleaning, and we have developed a care plan with a little bit more immediate work to be done and ongoing maintenance and care. I have never been treated so well by a dentist. The very visits I formerly would dread are now a blessing in every way. I am grateful for Dr. Burke, Ken, Heather, Amanda, Carolyn, and the rest for welcoming me and treating me like family. The Lord pours out His grace upon me with every visit and I am truly thankful for His presence in this place. Thank you all at Mayatte Family Dentistry.

ugh dentist,just the thought makes you almost sick,but if you have to go an we all need to go, there is no better place than mayatte family dentist. they actually try to make it as easy an plesant as a trip to the dentist can be. kind ,gentle,caring an very professional in all they do.the staff will do all they can to make it a good visit an not one to dread.dr shawn is a very good dentist an his staff are equally as good,give them five stars. an i should know,have had bad teeth all my life an they do a better job than all before .

I felt right at home with the staff at Mayette Family Dentistry. Heather was professional and courteous though out the visit. She explained things before they happened and my dentist was also friendly and professional as well. I was greeted with smiling faces everywhere I went in the office. They even made my child feel comfortable as well. The quality of care is exceptional. I will be using them for my future dental needs for sure.

Mayatte Clinic is the BEST! I am so thankful to have found a wonderful Dentist, Hygienist and great staff. They treat you as if you are their only patient and are so friendly and efficient. Wish I had come sooner!

I am a 51 year old male and the staff at Mayatte Family Dentistry made this the most pleasant visit I have ever had at a dentist office. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They did a great job cleaning my teeth without any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Mayatte Family Dentist.

Immediately after walking in the front door I was greeted by a very kind receptionist. She was very helpful and got me set up as a first-time patient. After the forms were filled out on their iPad (high tech dental clinic) I was ushered into a dental suite. They had all sorts of nifty high-tech gizmos including a screen where you can see what they are working on at their computer behind you, a mobile x-ray machine in each room, and a very interesting communication system that was shared between different offices. Both the doctor and the dental hygienist were extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about the quality of my visit. The only negative about this clinic is that they currently are understaffed. They told me they are currently looking for more dental hygienists which will help with the problem. Great dental clinic - definitely will refer friends and family to this location.
