After trying diets for years I decided to give medi a shot. It was very easy to follow, I saw results right away and continued to see results until I reached my goal weight. Support was great and kept me on the path needed for success. I recommed this program to anyone who has struggled in the past. Very structured diet so you know exactly what to do. I am now under goal weight for almost 2 months now. Will be able to follow my new eating habits no problem! I have never felt better or had more energy.

Excellent experience. Easy to follow program. Convenient office location. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff, including the physician. I have tried numerous diets throughout the past ten years, none of which have resulted in any substantial weight loss. I was recommended to Dr. McFadden by a family friend, and I could not be more pleased with the results. I lost 45 lbs. in 16 weeks, with 20 more to go. The staff is very encouraging, informative and friendly. I feel like I am visiting friends. The staff is also very accommodating of my frequent last minute schedule changes.

The most important thing is that I have lost 32.7 lbs. in 10 weeks. I couldn't be happier. I have another 50 to go but know that I can accomplish this goal using this program -- it works. The staff at the Lakeland clinic is wonderful -- very friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. They understand what every person is going through on their weight loss journey. I have tried other weight loss programs but this is the one for me because I have seen more progress in 10 weeks that I did in 9 months on the "other" program. I have lost 67 pounds on this program and I am still going. I started this program at 19 years old weight 275+ pounds. My goal is to get to a healthy BMI which for my height and age is about 170. Dr.McFadden and his staff have helped me this far and they continue to help me through the good days and the bad days. The days that I feel like I cannot do it they show me how well I have done and give me on going support. Loosing the amount of weight that I need to loose is tough and takes a lot of hard work and effort but with this great team I am able to do it. I would recommend this program to anyone young or old. It is safe, it is working and so far I have been able to maintain my weightloss. I have no doubts about maintain my weightloss because in this program they do not just help you loose the weight, they teach you how to keep it off and how to change you lifestyle. This is not a diet program it is a lifestyle change and for it to work you have to be ready to work at it and identify the things that cause you to gain weight, such as emotionally eating. This has been the best lifestyle change for me and I would not change my decision to go to Medi for help.

After trying several attempts to better my health and lose those accumulated pounds of 49 years, I turned to Medi Weightloss after seeing the maintained success of my sister. My daughter and I just finished our 8th week with a 25 lb loss for her and I am down 20 lbs. The only side effect has been a consistent weight loss. I feel great.
