Prompt, courteous and professional service. I was able to have same day care for my situation after only getting told, by a dentist at a location in the SE where I had been a loyal customer for well over 20 years, on a Friday morning that the earliest for a tooth extraction that was very painful and distracting would be the following week.

I had part of a filling fall out on a weekend. They were able to fit me in on Monday and do the work necessary to fix my tooth. Thanks for easing my anxiety about the freezing. You were very compassionate.

I had a wonderful experience at Med Hat Dental Kaila did a great job and is such a nice girl. Dr. Zemp was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable and he has a great since of humor. The air cushion was an extra comfort. I would highly recommend this dental clinic

Was a great atmosphere great people! Great place. I had a cleaning and it was the most gentle and pain free cleaning I’ve ever had! I recommend these guys 100%!

My experience at Medicine Hat dental was amazing! The front staff are really friendly and Kaila the hygienist I saw, was also super friendly and gentle with the work that she did. Dr. Zemp is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. He made me feel so at ease with his down to earth personality and at the same time explained everything so that I could understand what was going with my situation.

What I liked is that it was a smaller dental client. I have always been nervous of going to the dentist but they quickly made me feel at ease and I like the fact that they were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail.

Medicine Hat Dental was incredible when i brought my 5yr old daughter in. They had fun little gifts to make her feel welcome and special. The staff were beyond nice and the Dentist was wonderful. I would highly recommend them for other parents bringing their kids in!

My experience was amazing. Front staff, Kayla and Dr Mason we're all very friendly and very efficient at their jobs. Such a comfortable friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this dental office!!

I've been accessing our family dental services here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. And not to say that dental services are negative in general - but how often do you actually look forward to going to the dentist?? My family has always been treated very well - and adjust their practices to be the most comfortable for my special needs kiddo. I love the newest technology that is a part of dental cleanings and staff are always warm and friendly! It's a small practice where you never feel like "just another client".
