When I came in to Medplus this February 2021, I was in bad shape, pain in shoulders neck, sharp pain in ribs making it hard to breathe, headaches, discomfort in lower back from spondylothesis, and hip and knee pain. I am 63 years old and have been battling with a lot of discomfort since I was 42. I'd been to chiropractors, and massage therapy occasionally, but my problems were just getting worse the older I got. And when I made an appointment with medplus I was down but still hopeful that someone could help me.After exrays were taken I met with Dr. Girgenti and Dr. Galli. They were very reassuring that they thought they could help me. I had been told by another Doctor a year before that I had ankylosing spondylosis in my upper back and every time the pain was immense I was convinced it was this disease getting worse. They told me that they saw nothing on the exray to indicate that I had this disease, and told me the only real way to know was through a blood test. And it turns out I did not have this disease. They were quite sure they could help me through the different therapies that they have there. With the combination of chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, decompression on my lower back and a combination of acoustic wave and matrix therapy it started making a difference soon after I began. Within the first couple of months I would say the pain and discomfort was a good 70% better. Everyone that has worked with me at medplus including Tonya and her staff at the front desk are exceptional people, they really take their jobs seriously and care about the people they are helping. I have never felt so well cared for at any other place that I have gone to. I continue going to medplus and continue to improve. I feel better than I had in a long time, and they give me such encouragement. I thank God for these people, they are a blessing.

Medplus was my first experience with chiropractic. My issues were clearly explained to me. I was made to feel very comfortable by all the staff. I had a very positive experience every visit. I have and will continue to recommend Medplus to everyone I know. My sister referred me and I have not regretted making that phone call.

Med Plus works on all aspects of your back to relieve pain. They provide physical therapy, messages, and an adjustments. I’m feeling so much better going on a regular basis.

I am very pleased with the quality of care I receive from Medplus. They have developed a personal care program for me that is specific to my needs that keeps me moving and pain free. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Appointments are always convenient to my schedule and they take the stress out of dealing with insurance. I recommend Medplus to anyone looking for chiropractic care.

From the minute I walked in the door I was impressed. First off the front desk staff is very attentive and prompt in getting you to a room and scheduling future appointments as well as answering insurance questions. I also was greeted by the doctor as soon as i walked in the door and introduced to anyone who was involved in my treatment. The massage therapist and physical therapist are amazing with the massage treatment and I started feeling better after just a few sessions. I love the vibe at Massage Plus and see how everyone works together so well as a team to provide the best care. I feel like i am going to the spa instead of the doctor because I enjoy it so much! Wouldn’t hesitate any longer if you are in need of chiropractic care, this is the place. Five stars all the way!

From the first visit, each caregiver was welcoming and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood what was happening and walked with me from one therapy to the next. They explained each service. My neck and back have not felt like this in years. My range of motion improves with every visit. But ai especially want to say that Dr Galli is a miracle worker!

They were very professional and welcoming from the minute I walked in. They knew me by name every visit, very accommodating to my schedule and getting me in. Doctors explained all my treatments and made me feel at ease. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with them!

The staff at Med Plus are always friendly and just set your mind at ease with the process.... Always listened to and they make you feel like family. They know you by your name and are always accommodating to your needs. For any one that has been in an accident... They take care of everything and explain everything so that you are in full understanding of all the processes. I would recommend them to everyone. Dr. David Girgenti is amazing! I was referred by a friend, for my chronic back pain resulting from years of negligence and living with the pain. Dr. Girgenti helped relieve my pain and was able to help me develop better habits to avoid running into such problems in the future. He is very professional, compassionate and laughs at your jokes even when you are not funny. Dr. Girgenti and the entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would without hesitation recommend Dr. Girgenti for anyone looking for relief.

I have had Chiropractic treatment off and on over the last 25 years, Medplus Neck and Back Pain Center has by far surpassed my expectations for quality of care. They make you feel like a truly valued patient. I highly recommend to anyone in need of spinal pain relief.
