I have to say i always get super stressed out when taxes come near and 2020 year was no different, BUT Mariola is super knowledgable at what she does and made sure we had everything correct for our 2020 year. She was also SOOOO patient with me and my husband we did not have all the info we were supposed to have at our appointment and she was very very patient and calm with us and waited until we got all together :) i also had other questions about payroll for my small business that she was able to answer right away (i will be potentially doing my business with mgea pol as far as my payroll goes) Thank you so much to Mariola and the staff of Mega Pol for easing my stress

My experience with Joanna Forys was excellent. She was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can't beat the level of professionalism and price at Mega-Pol. I grew up on the Northside of Hoffman and attended mostly Palatine schools. I love Palatine and here is another excellent company housed in Palatine that supplies great services for a great price. I will absolutely be back next year or in any situation where I require an accountant. My appointment will be with Joanna, she is awesome.

I've used Mega-Pol for over 10 years. Doing taxes is never fun but Arek and his staff made it much less painful.They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Their advice and service are top-notch and very professional. If you are wondering where to go to get your taxes done there is no other place that I can recommend more highly than Mega-Pol. His fees are reasonable and consistent. He has always been available and spent time answering any questions or concerns that arise throughout the year. Scheduling is flexible and appointments are timely. Hello. This is Margie Passias . I came to the office on friday February 12,2021 to do my taxes. I met with Joanna Forys. She was helping me. I have just one word to say- it was such a good experience. Such a nice and smart Lady. She was extremely patient with me , explaining everything ( even few times ). She very patiently answered all of my questions. She is an excellent accountant !!! Joasia wanted to make sure that all is done properly so she asked me if I could come back next day to finish all, so I did. All was perfect My daughter do taxes at your office and my other daughter will be coming in like 2 weeks. I love your place, people there and very nice and calming atmosphere . Calming is what we need because doing taxes could be very stressful matter. Thank you so much for excellent service . See you next time .

I moved here about a year ago from out of state. I didn’t want to deal with the two state returns and started looking for a place. I live in the Palatine area and drove past Mega-Pol Taxes. After checking their awesome reviews, I set up an appointment. I love their flat rate fees, no going in and getting charged “per form” like some of the chains. Was thinking I was going to do my taxes myself next year, but after Arek did my taxes, I’m now coming back each and every year! Thanks Arek!
