My past experiences (65 yrs) with dentists always left me "white knuckled" from fear and anxiety. Dr Chopra has changed all that. I no longer fear dental visits knowing that I can put my complete trust in him and his excellent team. His extremely caring and professional manner puts me at ease at every visit. The office staff are top notch as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great customer service from the admin staff and competent and friendly orthodontist that gave different options to my dental needs. On top of the great service I recieved a $100 gift card on my first visit for cosmetic dentistry for both myself and a friend/family member because I don't have dental insurance.

A friendly and courteous staff makes my experience very comfortable. Doctors and assistants gave the answers and solutions that I was looking for, always willing to explain and inform the patient of options available. All these qualities that are simple, yet not every dental office possess, makes them stand out from the rest.

Quality of care is excellent, and I felt comfortable and well looked after. I like very much that the procedures are priced according to the Ontario Fee Schedule. My previous dentist often charged more because I have insurance. The staff is friendly and makes you feel important. Punctuality could be improved.

Dr. Chopra is very kind and gentle. My father passed away and a few months before his passing he lost most of his front teeth due to his cancer. Dr. Chopra went out of his way and had a partial denture made for my dad. Dr. Chopra knew how embarrassed my dad felt without his front teeth and restored my dads dignity in the last few months of his life. I will alway be grateful to Dr. Chopra and his team. I decided that if a Dentist can be so kind and caring, I was going to change dentist and now we have been patients of the Mississauga Dental Arts team for about a year. It was the best move and I'm very happy with the whole team. They make you feel like family and are truly are caring people.
