I was on holiday with my family in Orlando and at the start of the second week when I began having toothache, it developed very quickly and before long the only way I could stop the excruciating pain for just a few minutes was with ice water. As it was a weekend nobody was available and some reviews for emergency dental help didn't fill me with confidence. I eventually found Mobile Dental ER and the reviews were all very good, I was still a little unsure about the mobile service but at this point I was in so much pain I had to make a choice plus I needed something urgently so that it didn't ruin my family holiday. What happened next was outstanding, I completed the online forms and they said they could be with me in 90 minutes (19:15) as they were at a Disney hotel nearby and I was on International Drive. They arrived early and we communicated via text and email. The mobile unit was ace, just like a normal dental office. They took xrays which they emailed to me afterwards for my own dentist, identified the problem and helped with pain relief whilst we discussed the options. Being someone that doesn't like the dentist at the best of times I felt at ease and to my surprised they were not rushed at all - I was with them for 90 minutes and they took great care in correcting the issue so I could at least enjoy the rest of my holiday and get home to my own dentist. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to because this service was very helpful and got me out of a tight spot. I was fine the next morning and even spoke with my dentist who commented that what was done was exactly what they would have done in the same situation. I should have just called them straight away rather than waiting. Thank you!

Had a vacation in Orlando when suddenly my father started having an unbearable toothache. My family and I were looking for emergency dental care centers when it turns out you have to make an appointment to take care of things like that. Suddenly I found Mobile Dental ER, which came over in a matter of hours. Filled out the necessary paperwork and everything was ready to go. The doctor and his assistant made my father feel right at home, and the procedure was quick and efficient. After everything was done, the doctor made some follow-up texts just to make sure my father was okay, which is something not normal to say the least. My father has been doing amazing since then, and I would highly recommend this dentist to any of my friends that happen to be in the area. Thanks for everything Doc!

What a great experience and a breath of fresh air. My phone call was returned within a reasonable time frame. Dr. Melillo was able to schedule service for the same day. The van is a complete mobile dentist office which came to my home at the time promised. The service was completely explained and the procedure was performed making sure I was comfortable throughout. The following day I was contacted to check on my condition. The fees for service were completely reasonable. Thank you!!!!!

The whole experience was exceptional. I am away from home and to have to have emergency treatment is daunting. However it was far from that I felt comfortable and in good hands. Dr Melillo and Jim were both gentle and kind. Thank you both

I was on vacation when the top of a crown cracked a fell into pieces while eating. I was mortified when I realized what happened, especially since we had just got to Orlando a couple hours prior. After looking up dental services in Orlando, we found Mobile Dental ER and Dr. Misty Melillo. We were staying at a Disney resort and when I called Dr. Misty said they were just finishing up with another appointment at a different Disney property and they would be there in about a half hour. Around a half hour later I saw the modern van pull up to the building we were in. I went inside and found a state of the art dentist office on wheels. Dr. Misty was kind and compassionate when doing her diagnosis. Long story short, after x-rays, she filled a tooth that was causing pain and got the pain under control. I also received a couple of follow up texts to see how I was doing. If I lived in Florida, she would be my normal dentist. She saved my vacation and I have nothing but great things to say. I had a wonderful experience with Mobile Dental ER! My family and I were on vacation when my crown broke. Mobile Dental ER came to my hotel that night and fixed the problem. Everything was very clean and everyone was very nice. If I lived in Florida Mobile Dental ER would be my primary dentist. Mobile Dental ER saved my vacation!

On the flight from the UK to Orlando a filling broke and fell out leaving pain and sharp edges. I was worried this would spoil our holiday I needn't have worried.  My husband found Dr Misty's emergency dental mobile service. He had researched well, as the dentistry was the best I have ever received! I was thoroughly impressed by her excellent professionalism. Her care and kindness (this is sometimes forgotten in many dental practices) and the treatment itself was first class. Every care was taken in my treatment including numbing the gum area for injection of anaesthesia, also lip salve was offered.  I can honestly say I felt no pain whilst my tooth was filled, it was an awkward back tooth. I also felt no discomfort afterwards. Dr Misty also contacted me to check I was fine - amazing service! During my treatment Dr Misty reminded me to breathe. I said I don't breathe she suggested  it was a good idea. The truth was her whole service and set up took my breath away! Sublime more than 5 stars I would wholeheartedly recommend the ER Dental Service not least because it meant a short break from our weekend visit to Sea World which is where the treatment took place.  Thank you so much to Dr Misty and her team!

I am terrified of dentists but all the staff was kind and made me comfortable while fixing a cap. They were very quick and able to fit me in within calling them. They will travel to you wherever you are. Highly recommended for anyone needing a dentist in a flash!

My Mom had a stroke and her dentures were lost at a hospital. Dr. Melillo came to my mother's rehab and fitted her. She made several visits until everything was just right. She was prompt, very professional and went the extra mile to make sure Mom was happy. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and easy she made the experience. I highly recommend her and her team.

I was amazed!!! Our son had a tooth go really bad while we were on a family vacation at Disney World. It was Christmas Eve. We googled 24 hour dentist and found Dr. Melillo. We called and left a message explaining the situation. She responded in about 15 minutes. The appointment was set for 11:00 AM Christmas Day. They arrived on time in their mobile dental facility. I'm not kidding, a complete dentist office on wheels. She and her husband (he's her dental assistant) were very courteous and showed great care and concern for my sons well being. They not only explained everything they were doing, but why they were doing it. She made sure he was numb before starting to pull the tooth. It was tough to pull and really gave her a fight. She stopped several times to let my son have a break from the stress of having it pulled but she was able to get it out. After finishing she took another X-ray to make sure nothing was left in that could cause problems later. All this on Christmas Day. I was very pleased and satisfied with their service from the first response Christmas Eve, thru the visit on Christmas Day. If we ever have a dental problem while in the Orlando area, we'll definitely be calling Dr. Melillo. I recommend you do also.

This is an awesome service. On vacation in Orlando I had an abscessed tooth. Dr. Misty Melillo worked with us to get the pain under control before she could meet me for an appointment the next day. She remained in text contact until quite late. The next morning, I was attending an event to watch my great nephew and her mobile unit met me there. She was very caring and attended to my needs. I hope she is able to develop a small fleet so this service can help with emergencies 24 hours a day. It is very hard to find emergency dental help after hours especially when you are from out of town. In addition the prices are fantastic for this service.

My experience with the mobile dentist was awesome!! Dr. Melillo met me on the 4th of July in Orlando, Florida. I was on vacation and had just broken a tooth off and was in severe pain. Dr. Melillo took great care of me, had me fixed up in no time. She and her family was a definite blessing, she sent text and emails checking on me the next few days. Cannot praise her enough! Two days into my holiday in orlando I was unlucky to have the veneer on my front tooth break. The hotel gave me the number of a mobile dentist called Misty who came to the hotel within a couple of days. She was amazing and repaired my tooth with a perfect colour match and did a perfect job. If I lived in the USA I would most certainly use her again. Highly recommend.

My husband found this service searching for an emergency dentist in Kissimmee area. He said there's a dentist in a van that will come to us. To say I was nervous was an understatement. Apart from awful pain he was now suggesting I have treatment in the back of a van. He made the phone call & spoke with Dr.Melillo. He explained my situation & she booked me in for midday next day. Simple registration form emailed to fill in & send back with booking fee. Confirmation email received. Next morning after a painful night I was on edge.waiting nervously. After all I had been let down by my dentist in the UK, come away hoping this would not flare up & of course it has. Exactly at 12 pm the van pulled up. Lady came to door & introduced herself as Misty. We went down to the van. She introduced me to her husband Darryl. He explained safety interlock of vehicle & that he would assist. Their professionalism is unquestionable. They reassured me during the whole procedure. It took several injections to numb the gum sufficiently. The tooth was removed with fantastic efficiency on Misty's part. They both ensured I was okay & Misty brought me back indoors. She again checked my mouth after I had taken packing out. Further pain relief given for me to take during afternoon/evening. The following day there was a follow up phone call & email checking I was okay. I can not fault the service Misty & Darryl provided me. If you have need of a dentist in an emergency whilst on vacation or resident then don't delay ring them. Maggie Barrett

We are holidaying at Disneyworld, no rental car. An abcess came up on my tooth and immediately thought how am I going to get to a dentist. Searched online and found Mobile Dental ER. Dr Misty Melillo responded to my request for an emergency appointment straight away for a same day appointment. Dr Melillo and dental nurse Darryl arrived promptly in their modern technologically equipped van. I felt very comfortable and reassured by their calm and professional manner. My tooth had to be extracted. As someone that gets very nervous I was reassured by her calm and professional nature and the procedure was completed with minimal discomfort (as minimal as you can get with a tooth extraction) I cannot give Mobile Dental ER a higher recommendation! Efficient, experienced and can't stress how Convenient it was to have the dentist come to you! Super thankful to Misty and Darryl!
