Mojo Termite went above & beyond excellent customer service. They worked w/ us for 4 months scheduling & rescheduling service to our new home as close of escrow kept being extended. Mojo was very patient. Then on the day of service another problem presented itself—neighbor’s cat under the house so tenting couldn’t take place. Mojo’s crew left the site; however, soon after learned the cat had vacated our house. The crew immediately turned around, returned to our new home & the tenting took place so that we could move in 3 days later. This is indeed above & beyond excellent customer service. Would recommend Mojo to anyone w/out reservation.

It is a pleasure working with a company who does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Real estate is a deadline-driven business. Some companies take 3-5 days to generate reports after inspections. Mojoe typically will get their reports out the same day or day after the inspection. I am impressed with the way everything is explained to my sellers or buyers in an easy to understand, professional and pleasant manner, and when I have questions, I know I will get answers. Kudos!

Joe came over to the house to check out my termite situation he said I could wait a couple years till the tenants moved out. I remembered what a nice and honest guy he was so when the tenants decided to move out I called his business for sure. He came over right away and gave me all the information and I had a good feeling about his business. I am very happy I did they are very professional, and reliable the cost was good and the gals in the office were great they took care of things right away.

I found Mojoe Termite in the yellow pages and then called Lisa telling her my concerns with the previous termite reports since they had conflicting results. Lisa was so pleasant, delightful and truly concerned about the problem. Lisa asked me to email the report for Joe's perusal prior to scheduling an appointment for the following day, so that Joe could inspect the areas where it was noted that I had termites. Joe, greeted me with a warm smile, a nice appearance and a professional attitude. I am a retired building contractor with over 40 years experience and it was a pleasure to work with Lisa and Joe. They were very professional, from the initial inspection, to the required repairs and the fumigation process all were done in a very informative and timely manner. This is the second time I have requested MoJoe Termite to provide me with an inspection and treatment. Along with that assessment was the bid for the work that needed to be done.
