Very knowledgeable staff

My cleaning and dental work was outstanding. However, I was disappointed on how the claim was filed for my crown a few months ago. My crown was done in 2 appointments. Instead of filing a claim for each appointment, there was only one claim filed and Cigna Dental interpreted the claim as the dental work being done in one appointment, which erroneously lowered my dental benefit for the crown. If I need another crown I might shop elsewhere like Wake Forest which is an in network dental provider for Cigna.

My wife and I have been going to Morse and Doyle for over three years now. Before that going to the dentist was a nightmare for us and we were changinf dentists frequently. Once I walked into Morse and Doyle's office I knew I was in the right place. Clean, comfortable, beautiful window views and of course service with a genuaine smile. Each employee at this office has always shown us polite, caring, professional and family friendly service. Billing is never an issue. This all makes my time "in the chair" care free. My choice of music, gentle hands from the staff, informative dialogue, current equipment and procedures and etc. Most of all my teeth feel amazing and well taken care of!!! Absolutely professional all the way around. This is the best dental practice I have visited and hope to continue coming back for years. From the moment you check in to the time you check out, this is a first rate company. Do not change a single thing and you'll be successful for decades!

I have been there since before they bought the practice. The entire staff is very professional in all aspects. They keep things lite and happy for what can be a stressful event. We have a special needs child and he loves to go there and talks about it for days. It is more like a huge social event rather than a trip to the dentist. He has never complained even when getting a cavity fixed. They have always been very careful to make sure you are not in any discomfort during procedures! I would recommend them to any one of any age or special needs.

I've been a long time patient. Drs. Morse and Doyle have always been caring and well qualified. They work with me during emergencies, and scheduling changes.

Lisa is friendly and always remembers me. She is competent, caring, and knowledgeable. I never dread going to the dentist when I know I'll be sitting in her chair. I'm not sure she can do anything to improve. She gets an A+ from me.

WOW!!! What a great group! Service since beginning with youse guys, has been spectacular. Tech's are willing to spend time to explain what they are doing.. 2-3-2, 2-2-2, 3-4-2... I thought it was 'common core' math, but find out it is the depth/width that a probe (yech) can penetrate... so after all maybe I'm better off not knowing (kidding). Thanks for taking the time... and for dealing with a 'less than' cooperative patient.
