Wonderful and friendly staff, clean office, and very informative on care plans.

Very good with my two young girls, they used to be hateful towards dentists until we came here. Very organized and friendly. I was quite happy with my visit.

Upon arrival, warm reception with a smile. The women that took care of me from the beginning to the end was done professionally and patiently. Good atmosphere with a comfortable feeling. Amber and Ashley was very nice, easy to talk to and made certain that you were okay all the time. Had a very warm and caring feeling from them. Also upon departure, the staff that explained the insurance and patient payment was courteous and professional. Good job and thanks for the experience.

Staff is very nice and professional. Staff made me feel comfortable and were very thorough and informative. Always asked if I was ok and made sure I knew what was going on before they did anything. Mountain view dental will be the only ones I go to as long as im in Alamogordo!

I've been to many dental offices in my 54 years, and y'all have the most efficient and "enjoyable" practice I've experienced. Straight foreward and practical billing and plan advice. Keep up the good work and don't change ANYTHING. The staff are all pleasant and professional.

I cannot recommend Mountain View Dental enough. The staff is always friendly (not just to patients but also to each other!) and informative. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and the dentists cheerful and helpful in explaining any situation. They are not pushy if there is a procedure that needs to wait or simply thought over. The billing staff is very helpful and understanding in sorting through any claim hiccups that might occur. Their orthodontic rates are more reasonable than one other orthodontist we consulted. The entire office runs like a well oiled machine. My family of 11 has been very happy here.

The appointment was for our son who isn't find of dentist at all due to a bad experience in the past. At his appointment though the staff was great and made him feel good. They joked with him and when he started to experience pain they quickly remedied it and overall the experience helped my some grow some trust for his dentist. He ended up enjoying his time and the treasure box. Thank you for the great service.

I have severe dental anxiety and everyone did their best to make me comfortable. The service was prompt, professional, and the office workers were on their game! If it wasn't for their hard work behind the scenes my dental work wouldn't happen as smoothly as it does. Keep up the great work!!!

I have already written the review on Google. I did not put anyone's name for privacy. But Amber, hygienist, and your new dentist were gentle,efficient and explained all procedures brilliantly. Just don't put this one because I do not want personal names in my review for privacy issues.

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The service was exceptionally good (friendly, no waiting time, very professional), and I have never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair than I did with Dr. Westover. Him and his assistant, Danielle, were caring and amazing during the whole (long) process. Finally, the reason I switched to Mountain View Dental was because they were able to do a dental procedure, here in Alamogordo, that my former dentist sent me to El Paso to get done! Big plus that I was able to have it done locally (needless to say, I am not going back to my former dentist). If you need dental care in Alamogordo, Mountain View Dental is the place to go!

The office is clean. The staff is really friendly to both adults and children. Great experience for my kids and I. Being a military family, we change dentists a lot and mountain view has been one of our favorites so far.

Hello, Thank you for the reminder to my email about the review. I think it's important to introduce yourself to the patient, which all your staff does. I always feel nervous when I go to the dentist, but the dental hygenist, Barbara was the best at everything she does. She was polite, professional and explained what she was doing. When her team player or assistant Damien came in to assist her, they both were very professional at their jobs and very friendly and it spoke through their kindness. The doctor was so nice and explained everything to me very well so I could understand what I needed done to my teeth. I would recommend this office to anyone.

A very well run clinic, from front desk to assistants and providers. There was minimal waiting, everyone was personable and appeared very competent. I am very happy with the treatment
