From the very beginning I felt a sense of professionalism, they new their product offering well and they were able to answer all of my questions. From our initial contact with Rick at the Home Show in Arlington Heights to the installation of our floors by Luis & Ruben, everything went smoothly. All appointments were kept as promised. Luis & Ruben are extremely professional. Our particular job involved lots of detail, including stairs, & their craftsmanship is superb. Best of all, our floors are even more beautiful than we had anticipated. Everyone who has seen them is amazed, too. We highly recommend Mr. Bamboo if you are looking for flooring that is sturdy, easy to care for & gorgeous.
