She kept us up to speed with all of the details throughout the process, delivered incredible advice that so evidently comes with experience, was supportive and patient.It was very clear that her top priority was putting our needs first. There is a fine line of balance between knowing what your clients desire while also expertly making a sale happen with speed and ease. She was brilliant! Our sale happened much more quickly than expected and I attribute that to Nancy's efforts and wide marketing scope. Her staff is ON THE BALL! Shelly always knew exactly what was going on and responded to us immediately. We received so much more than expected in quality of service, return on investment and overall loving-care.
