I want to express my gratitude for the work Dr. Etchison and staff performed for me on Feb. 11th. I had chipped my two front teeth over the weekend and was very nervous about the situation and the outcome. Dr. Etchison put me at ease and did an outstanding job of bonding them back together. I was truly amazed at the work and how nice they looked after the repairs. You cannot even tell that they were chipped! A big "Thank You" to you and your staff for working me in on Monday and doing such a great job. I will be sure to tell everyone I know of this great experience!

I cannot think of anything that I could suggest to improve your office or level of care given, I think you have thought of it all. I will add that every one of your staff that I have dealt with is the most polite I have ever experienced.

Nelson Ridge Family Dental is an amazing office with an equally amazing staff. The moment you walk though the door, the receptionists are very welcoming, warm, and accomidating to the patients every need. The office decor has almost a relaxing feel and helps even the most nervous patients feel comfortable. I myself have never experienced much of a wait during a visit to the office; and I believe this is due to the great organization that is clearly present in the office and a very skilled and professional staff that Dr. Paul Etchison surrounds himself with. From start to finish Nelson Ridge Family Dental is by far the best dental office that I have ever stepped foot in. From scheduling an appointment, getting the work done, to the billing process everything run very smooth and orderly. I highly recommend Nelson Ridge Family Dental and look forward to my visits every six months with them.
