Love both Dr Reith and Dental Hygienist Courtney! Both explained what they were doing, were gentle, and answered questions without hesitation. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this office for all your dentistry needs!

Everything went wonderfully! Nothing I would change. I definitely don't "enjoy" going to the dentist, but with the teeth I have, I know it's a necessity. Dr. Reith was very knowledgeable and informative. Answered ALL the questions I had. Didn't feel like he was trying to add extra costs or services. Mary, at the front desk, seemed to truly care about all the patients and was very pleasant. Definitely have found my new dental home!

I came to New Smile because you were very convenient to where I live. I'm not a "dentist" person but from Mary to Shannon to Dr Reith, you all made me feel at ease and were very friendly. I loved the Small Town feel but at the same time appreciated the professionalism.

From beginning to end, my experience at New Smile was outstanding. The office scheduler, Mary, went out of her way to accommodate my request for the wait list and kept in frequent communication until we found a time. Check-in was quick and my office wait was very brief. My hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. She was sensitive to my apprehensions, explained each procedure and continually checked my comfort level throughout the cleaning. She was great! The doctor was very easy to talk to and explained every test result in a clear and understandable way. His suggestions for continued care were direct and manageable with wonderful chair-side manner! I highly recommend New Smile Family Dentistry to anyone looking for comfortable, friendly and professionally outstanding quality of dental care.

Great service, didn't have to wait for long. Very, very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions up front. Very honest and talks with you about everything. Clean and professional atmosphere. Definitely trusting my dental care to this staff from now on. Five stars!!

The staff was helpful, positive n genuinely upbeat and friendly. Mary at the front desk was so accomading and professional. If your nervous About seeing a dentist she will definately make you feel good. As did the doctor! I was anxious when I got there, but as I waited... I became so relaxed I that I almost fell asleep. I will give a 9 out of 10 for these folks... They are a great team and obviously are happy with what they do and it shows!!
