The wife and I had a great experience working with NoCo House Buyers, not only was the cash offer what we were looking for but the ease of doing business with them was great. It would have cost us at over 30K in repairs then having to get the work done and having to leave every time we had a potential buyer would have been a real headache. Once the deal was signed, we were able to choose our closing date and we actually moved it up 2 times on them and no complaints they just did it. We did not get pressured at all for them to come into the house to look at the repairs that were needed, they waited until we moved out to do this. We mainly dealt with Makaela and Melissa and they were very informative and always on point with communication. What we could not take with us when we moved out was dealt with by them, and to sum things up we sold, closed and the money was in the bank account the same day as closing, no worries about someone backing out or failing a soft pull credit report at closing. I truly respect and recommend NoCo House Buyers if you want a fair cash offer and be able to move when you are ready to move. I can truly go on and on about them and how great this experience was.
