Great experience for such an uncomfortable situation. Great quality care and was able to get consultation and procedure done in same day. Very nervous going in, but comfortable throughout the entire process.

I am very pleased with the care given to me at my initial visit and also the day of my procedure. The front desk staff very pleasant and professional The dental hygienist treated me with care and compassion. Dr Hoopes is absolutely amazing She exhibited excellent doctor patient care qualities. She reassured me the procedure would be performed with professionalism and care This being my first Root Canal, I must admit it was done with extreme care and gentleness. Doctor Hoopes did a great job on my root canal procedure. I had a difficult tooth and she was able to take care of four canals. I would come back if I had another problem. Highly recommend Doctor. Hoopes!!

The office, staff and Provider were amazing. The front office staff set the pace for your experience all through the visit. They werre friendly, efficient and very professional. The clinical staff explained everything very clearly and of course the provider was excellent.

I had a very positive experience. Care was provided in a professional, and technically competent manner. The doctor, as well as the support staff were highly knowledgeable, very pleasant, and made a difficult situation easier to deal with. SOOTHING! Everyone I encountered consoled my anxieties about my root canal. On the day of my appt, Dr. T and the assistant (I forgot her name again) had the best "bed side" manner. The young assistant had a method beyond her years to keep me calm, especially when Dr. T gave me the needle. I had less pain, thank the Lord, than the experiences I have heard, but what the staff members assured I could experience. I am glad that I chose the Chapel Hill office --- despite the reason, the experience was great! Hopefully, I won't have to, but if I do, I would come to again.

Dr Hoops and was professional and incredibly kind. I am terrified of dentists and she made a big difference. She listened to what I needed in order to go through the treatment with less stress. This group is wonderful. They saw me me right away and set up date for root canal. They made me comfortable and answered all my questions in office and on phone. I was treated with respect and and my dentist was phenomenal. So gentle, so caring and best of all I recovered quickly with almost no pain. A couple of Tylenol, afterwards, was required once. Healing up perfectly. If you are afraid of root canals, don’t be. Just go to this group. They are sincere and really know their stuff. Great follow up, too.

Dr. Iqbal is kind and professional. He explained my procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. I unfortunately called after hours and Dr. Iqbal returned my call to check my status. His staff calls to check up on you after procedures. In my experience, Dr. Iqbal and the staff at North Carolina Endodontics are top notch!

The staff was cordial and professional. It was clear that from the office manager to Dr. Iqbal that patient care was the utmost concern. Telephone presence was great. Greeting was cordial. Atmosphere was inviting. Most of all, I appreciated gentle dental with competence. I certainly did not want to need this type of dental work. But since I needed it I was referred to a great speciality practice.

I've left Dr. Iqbal's chair and wanted to ask myself, "Did I just have a root canal?" His relatively pain-free process is very detailed, accented by qualified staff members who are extremely organized and definitely about the work. There never was a time during a procedure when I felt like Dr. Iqbal was not in total control of the situation. Listen, he is so skilled that when his move to a new location meant a farther drive for me, there never was a consideration about finding another endodontist. The man is that good.
